The best coffee shop in Shadyside! Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and the coffee is great. We live nearby - stopping in each morning with my pup to get a coffee on the end of our morning walk is the highlight of my day. TIP: Treat yourself to one of their seasonal drinks, they are way better than what you can get from a larger coffee chain.
Truly the best coffee shop in all of Pittsburgh. I live in the neighborhood and can count on my entire day improving after I go to Jitters. The coffee is great, and the baristas are even greater. They are kind and friendly and make getting coffee an experience that not only spreads caffeine but joy to all
The service was excellent and staff was friendly. The pastries are decent too. However, my cafe mocha tasted more like chocolate milk than a mocha. It was rather weak.

Truly like this lil gem of a coffee shop. The owner/manager (I'm not sure) is so friendly, and informative and will take the time to explain his product to you no matter how simple the question seems. I go there when ever I'm in the area.
