Dont get the hipe but Yankees love it

All countertops and table tops were filthy on a slow day. Poor service. All employees on their iPhones. Nobody paying attention. No management. Dodge this place.

Not as good as Einstein bagels. Bagel with locks was fine but nothing special. Espresso drinks were average. More expensive than it should have been.

Worst place to have lunch during a convention at the Omni. Waited 50 minutes and left my sandwich unserved because i had to go back. Totally unorganized staff lacking preparation. The guy at the cash register kept taking order even though there were 30 to 40 person waiting for their order. Worst place ever. Do not go there for lunch. Also, you have to guess when your order will be ready. No numbering system or no other means of identification of your order. When there is 5 person, it could work. Not at 40 people waiting... do not go there.

Chaos in a box. LONG wait to receive orders, and nobody can determine if their order is up because they don't put names with orders. So it's up to the customers to sort out the orders. By far the worst Brueggers I've ever been in, and I've been in a LOT of them.

This bagel shop was in the building with the Omni William Penn. Easy to get to. Lots of bagels and toppings to choose from. also there was a juice bar. Very nice!
