I'm not sure what happened to this IHOP, but it is a ghost town. The food was fine, it is all standard chain recipes that have been the same for awhile. The waitress was kind and prompt. But there were no other guests except 1 couple that left shortly after we arrived. The whole thing was eerie. Well, not really, until I look back on it as I'm writing the review and wonder what I was missing....
I went here with my fiancé to dine in for breakfast. Long story short.. We waited a hr for our food. No one checked in on us to let us know anything.. Several people that came in after us got their food and left. Very disappointed and very unhappy. The waitress finally came over and we told her we were gonna leave she brings us 1 plate of food and it wasn't even the right plate of food. She then goes on to explain what happened and why our food was late after we waited a hr for food we didn't receive. If i could i would give zero stars.
Not their fault, but just not enough help. So slow. Food was small portions, and not that tasty. In fairness, we did not have pancakes, which I suppose is their best menu item. At least one would hope since they're the IHOP!Have to give all these chain restaurants a pass, they're dealing w some tough times. We need to be kind.
I usually like eating at IHOP, but this location always is just different. When I walked in the worker was texting and not paying any attention that we were there, when we were seated, our waitress came out immediately, unlike our food and drinks. We ordered our drinks which were easy to make drinks like orange juice and a water. It's been about 10 minutes later when more people came in and got seated and their drinks came out very fast. The location at the time wasn't busy or anything. We waited 10 more minutes still no drinks and by this time the other people had gotten the food and we just ended up leaving because it was terrible service.
Met a friend here for breakfast and was a little nervous after reading some reviews. I should qualify that it was a weekday mid-morning. I was greeted promptly, seated, and served coffee very quickly. Once my friend arrived our server took our orders and food arrived hot. They were getting busier, but our waiter followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory and brought me our bill. Food was good and service was great. Will be back againn.
It I could give no stars I would. Everything about it was terrible. I got instantly sick from there food. So, the bathroom paid for it. I vomit all over the place. I couldn't make it to the stall. MY FAMILY WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED
Please be honest about wait times. If my pickup order hasn't even begun to start being made when I arrive 30 minutes after putting the order in, don't tell me they are working on it, almost ready etc etc for the next 45 minutes. Just be honest so I can cancel the order before. I walked out after waiting so long and didn't even get my order.
I honestly wish there was an option for zero stars... today was the 3rd (and probably last time) my family and I have tried to eat here the last couple of months without success. The 1st time (sometime before the holidays), we showed up a little past 9am and were told that their dine-in seating did not open until 10:30am - there was no signs stating this and the staff was just sitting around. They had been open since 7am that day but I guess just for take out.The 2nd time, we arrived around 11am. There 2 people ahead of us on the waiting list but we were told there was an hour and a half wait. We gave them my phone, but ended up going elsewhere. They called me almost 3 hours later to tell me our table was ready..Today, we arrived at 7:30pm and were told they stopped seating at 7... again no signage.Look I understand there's a shortage of employees but the lack of signage and communication is absolutely terrible. Definitely call ahead if you're thinking of eating at this IHOP
Food was good, staff was friendly and the place was clean, however they were incredibly understaffed. We had a long wait and the staff seemed swamped. Will eat there again, but would appreciate less wait and more employees.
When I walk in, I was ignored for a good 15 min no one ask my name and if I need a table. Few people walk in after a party of four and they were immediately ask their name and how much and immediately taken to a seat. Eventually the same courtesy was extended to me. Not sure why that happened.
