The atmosphere was great. The food is ok. The service wasn't so great. It started off ok but I felt judged. We had a party of 4 adults 2 toddlers and 1 infant. They didn't sit anyone else with us. I felt the chef rushed with the cooking and pilled the food on top of each other w/o care. We were charged gratuity... which I wouldn't mind if there were 5+ adults or if one of the children ate. Also they rushed to give to-go boxes and checks. The waitress was annoyed when I asked for a ramekin of white sauce that they took up before I realized they were cleaning up. I love to tip and tip high...especially for great service but that is not what we got. Not bad but not great.
Went for sister in laws birthday and just a fantastic experience like all the other times I have been there. Staff was friendly and nice, let us store the ice cream cake in the fridge when we got there and even brought it out after dinner with candles and sang happy birthday to her. Price is on par with every other Hibachi restaurant in Pittsburgh. Chefs are enjoyable and love interacting with the children at the table! Will definitely be back!
Usually come here for birthday dinners. Always great service and never had a problem. I feel bad because I know people that work there and they have an issue with idiots who eat there and walk out on there bill. If you want to eat good food and don't really have the money to pay the bill then go over to McDonalds right across the parking lot!
Food was great and so was the show. Probably the best affordable hibachi near Pittsburgh.
Today is my birthday and we just went to Ichiban. The food was good however the cooks do not remember who is to get what food item and they do not portion out there food correctly! There was two other people at our table and the cook literally gave them all of th rice and meat! He barely gave us any meat and had me down for double noodles when I specifically said double rice! So I barely got any rice or meat! I was highly disappointed! I only gave 2 stars because at least the little bit of food we did get taste good!
Great food!!!! Great service as well!!!! I may be slightly biased based on that I serve at a different Hibachi restaurant but if the chef stepped his entertainment game up this place would be 5 stars all day!!!!! Regardless his food was cooked to perfection!!!
My whole family loves the food my grandkids , my kids and I u will spend a lil more her then Chinese restaurants but well worth it. We eat sushi and they have great soup, salad and ginger dressing awesome and then the Hibachi is great.

We hadn't been here since covid hit and I was ready for a good dinner out. We sat at the hibachi with strangers, but safely distanced. There were 6 seated where typically there would be 8. Aside from the cheesy antics if the cook it was great. They must be required to do those silly things and honestly it makes me uncomfortable. But I'm there for the food and it does not disappoint. I had steak and scallops. My husband had steak and shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection. The portions are huge so we each had plenty of leftovers to bring home too.
Had a great time here for a friend's birthday. Service was great and the food was delicious.
