We had a very excellent stay at this establishment. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The location is well located within food, entertainment, and shopping establishments.

What an outstanding location to PNC Park. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the stadium. That alone made it worth the stay. I’m not really sure why here are so many low reviews of this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. TV could access your mobile device (which was a life saver for our toddler). Front desk informed us they only clean every 3 days but if we needed anything to call. You do need to pay for parking, but any property this close to the stadium/downtown in any city charges for parking. You do get in and out privileges which is great. Breakfast was fine. It’s what I expected. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, various cereals, fruits, breads, and juices. Perfect to get started on the day, especially if you prefer to save a few dollars on breakfast (or, say, spent too much on adult libations at the stadium). Power went out at the hotel one night for about 5 hours overnight. Elevator still worked, though, and luckily the room didn’t get too hot even with being on the 6th floor. Not sure if this was a hotel issue or area wide issue. Will 100% stay here again on my next trip to Pittsburgh to catch a Pirates game.

Great Location, close to great restaurants, PNC Park, Heinz Field and the casino. Room was spacious. Could use some more USB outlets. Microwave not in all rooms. Staff was courteous even when the blackout happened. On site parking at a reasonable price.

Great location, nice amenities. Enjoyed the area very much as well as the courtyard at the hotel. Room and the heating/ac unit could use a thorough cleaning. Typically have overall great experiences at Hyatt hotels.

Easy access to Pirate games at PNC Park. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable in the many times we have stayed at this hotel. Many other attractions nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Started at check in. Was told my card would be charge a temporary hold of like $5. However, card went through on my end for $336...which was fine because that was my total cost. The problem was, it did not go through on their end and she wanted to slide my card again. Absolutely NOT....she called the manager and they placed $1 hold. Was told everything would fall off and would need recharged. Well...nothing ever "fell off" and everything was charged. Even the extra $1 they charged me.Then on to the room. No garbage can...no paper cups, no stationary or pens. Furniture was rough and knicked up. Dresser drawers were filthy.Bed was comfy on a positive note.Got up in the morning to get breakfast around 830 and staff was cleaning the windows in the hall. It was horrible. Dirt and dust everywhere in the hall and in the air. Looks like they hadn't cleaned in years.Needless to say.. I had reservations there for this weekend and cancelled. I will never stay here again.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good hot food and all the muffins, bagels, fruits, cerals you could want. I like the room layout with office, sitting area and divider between bed and rest. If I had to want more it would be that the room is little loud. You can hear next door showers and AC is quite loud, may just be that it was very hot that day. Killer spot if you are going to game. Price was fair also. I would recommend and stay again for sure. Thanks to staff.

We paid 35.00 for late check out. Housekeeper banged on the door and woke us up at 11:30. We told her we had late checkout. She continued banging on the door asking what time we were leaving. I went into the hallway to go to the front desk after a screaming match with her. She shoved me and knocked me down. We packed our stuff and left. I am contacting an attorney about being assaulted

The hotel is in a perfect location, For sports and casino fans. But so close to the highway you hear every car on the highway. Room 722 is the worst it's on the highway. Breakfast is ok, staff are pleasant. Watch where you park in Pittsburgh cops are towing freaks. They are watching you!

The front desk staff was excellent very helpful and pleasant. The location was close to everything! The rooms were not the typical Hyatt "Clean". They need to go over how to properly clean the rooms with the service staff.
