Decent hotel in a commercial area. Getting to and from the hotel is a bit strange with its location behind a shopping center. The breakfast was messy and not well stocked, but it was free, so only so much can be expected. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable.

The entrance of the hotel was from the back of Kohl's. The staff was super nice. When we went in to the room and saw ANTS all over the bathroom floor and when i say ants i mean red ants all over the floor. The toilet wad not flushed. The office desk was dirty and had stains. So we changed the room. We went in to the other room and the bed was so worn out that we checked the just to make sure it did not have any bed bugs. In the morning i woke up at 7:00 am because it was so dirty i did not have much sleep. I went to get the soap and it did not even have a steady brand. The tub and shower were not cleaned and i could see hair all over the tub. I know that hair was not mine or anyone in my family's because it was blond and we have black hair. GROSSED OUT!!!! We went down stairs to have breakfast and figured the fruits we ROTTEN and the yogurt was so sweet that you could not even put it in your mouth. The staff did not even clean the tables after people left. I was just there for one night because we are traveling to canada for somthing. The hotel is lucky i am giving it 2 stars ✰✰ because it deserves 0 stars. Take my words and never go to this hotel.

Great hotel! Clean, 24 hr gym, good breakfast, spacious room. But the best part of this hotel is the staff! Especially Ryan at the front desk. He’s one of the best hotel host that I’ve came across. Kudos to you Ryan and thank you for such a great stay.

Service and team were great. Halls and elevator are in serious need of a refresh - smell of stale beer a cigarettes. Relative to other Hyatt Places I have stayed this one could really use some love.

Room was great, but didn't have a microwave. Location was in a strange place and had a really dirty parking lot. Leafs and trash means things have not been cleaned up for 6 months. Exposed electrical outside lighting, real fire hazard. Elevator dirty, carpet needs cleaned.

Overall good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The blackout curtains did not do a great job of blocking out light, so bring an eye mask! The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a free breakfast included with your stay which was decent for a free breakfast (eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, etc).

Met expectations for a 3 star hotel. Friendly staff. Clean room, especially the carpet and tiles. Spacious. Well lit. Masks optional for fullyvaccinated. Solid bed and comfy pillows. Flexible options for housekeeping. Safe with key. Iron. Hairdryer. Strong hot water. No airport shuttle. Scent of weed in the hallways. Hard water. For bottled water and Coke, 2 min walk to GetGo. Only Pepsi in the lobby. For decent soap and moisturizer 15 min walk to dollar store.

Great stay! Everything was clean and comfy and the staff was inviting. The rooms were spacious and the separate cooking/living area was sublime. There was a good amount of plugs, which is always a plus and the tv was quite big. The only things I would change is that the blankets were a little thin and the bathroom a tad on the small side, but these are just minor minor parts of the overall awesome experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice rooms at reasonable prices. The hotel is a bit off of the road behind some other buildings, but once you get used to the two entrances it's fine. The staff is friendly too.

Just got off the phone with Ryan the manager because we brought home BEDBUGS!!!! they of course denied anything and everything but the bites are there, are so are the bugs. Stay away for this property. Costing over $900 to treat the bedrooms and the house and they said thanks for the heads up. Great customer service Hyatt! NOT
