Food is awesome, unfortunately that day for some strange reason they were closed!
Stopped in to grab an order of fried cheese wontons. After about 10 min I stood at counter as shouldn't take long to fry them. The lady was rolling something up and looked at me like I lost my mind. I returned the look she then ran grabbed mine and the other man's bag that was waiting also. No telling how long she would have made us wait before doing her job! Got home and NOT EVEN WONTONS!! WASTED TIME IS WORSE THAN WASTED MONEY. WOULDN'T RETURN NOR RECOMMEND.
I used to order from Hunan Palace regularly...every week I'd look forward to it. But the past few times I ordered, and it's been a good while, I was very disappointed. The Egg Rolls I loved were just soaked with grease! My dinner was so-so. The last time I ordered, the Sweet and Sour Chicken was overdone and the sauce was terrible. The prices are far too high to be given bad food. What happened? I've given up on this place.
I have loved everything I have ever ordered from here. Consistently great food!
Went into order food there was black a lady and her daughter ahead of me The lady was so rude and dismissive toward them it was disgusting I fig them food must be to. Turned around walked out went to Pizza Hut
Super excited that they started offering sushi. They have a good selection of rolls and everything I have ordered has been delicious!
The chicken fried Rice is so good. They don't drown your rice in soy sauce. It lite just enough and it's good! They delivered to my house today, I couldn't get out. That made me happy too, food places stop coming to my area. I will be ordering again. Thank you so much for your service and my food was piping hot.
My family and I love Hunan Palace! We order at least once a week. The sushi and the Chinese food is absolutely delicious, and so fresh and flavorful! The owners and other staff are always so kind as well.
This has been my go to Chinese food place for years. My favorite is the standard sweet and sour chicken, but everything I have tried is good.
Served a meal with METAL in it. Metal that would've certainly ripped up a gut if eaten. It was buried in the rice.Additionally, they're selling chicken nuggets as "chicken wings". Disgustingly dirty restaurant, which should have signaled not to take food from there. Takeout only and gross inside.We threw the food away and called the restaurant. They scolded us about the "high price of chicken" which is why wings aren't really wings. Unbelievable.As to the metal in their rice, they didn't care.Health Department took a report, will inspect the restaurant,and advised of a previous poor record..Needless to say, we'd never go there again and neither should you. (Unless you like metal in your rice.)
