Amazing food hands down...THE BEST I EVER ATE. The seasoning they use is perfect. Awesome job guys!!
I've lived next to here for a while and I don't know why it took this long to order from here. The food is amazing and the portions are huge! One 6 chicken tender dinner is enough for 2 in my house and the dessert portions are just as big. We definitely recommend Hook fish and Chicken. We'll be back 4 sure.
This is a tough place to review, because the food has been excellent every time I’ve had it. Unfortunately, that’s not where I run into issues here. Every time I go, the service is terrible. The gentleman behind the counter is rude and gets loud with customers, even over simple things like food pickups. Speaking of food pickups placed through apps, this place is very inconsistent… sometimes it will be ready when you get there, sometimes they’ll just seemingly ignore the ticket until you show up, which is not ideal. It also seems expensive for what you get… I normally stick to the fish sandwich, which is reasonably priced for lunch. For me, it’s somewhere between two and three stars, but I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping I’ve just had a few bad experiences.
I can accept closing for Friday prayers but when the software remains open for orders is unacceptable. Wasted my time traveling only to find the door locked and not order placed.
While the food is good, the physical condition of some stores ( this one) leaves you wondering if inside looks like outside. Things like poor maintenance outside and inside. The store looks dingy like a paint job. What troubles me is what you dont see.
I like salty food so it was ok. If you don't, tell them to go easy on the salt and pepper.
Took way too long to prepare 4 wings with fries. By the time I got the food the fries were cold and soft because the fries were made way before the chicken was ready and it qas just there waiting. Some of the fries were not cooked through and through ain't nothing nice about eating raw potatoes. The chicken I must say is commendable I give it a solid 8 but every thing else I mentioned needs to be improved. Will I eat there again? Sure
I am so disappointed the fish was very good but they gave me perch that was very small and shriveled up and yet charged me 19 and change never will I leave out there again before checking my food. He'll I might not go back :(
This is the BEST Hook Fish & Chicken location! I ordered the jumbo shrimp & chicken wing combo ? My food was cooked and seasoned PERFECTLY! If you’re craving a tasty meal/great customer experience get in your car and head over there!
Whoa, whoa! This place started out decent..they are charging 11.99 for very small wings and fries. The quality of food went from 50 to zero. There places are dirty at all locations
