If you don't want my money just say so. Called this past Sunday at opening and stayed on hold for 3 minutes not talking to anyone. Someone hung up the phone and when I called back they did the same without the phone going into music prompt. After 25 years of ordering here I'm done. Food is excellent but if you don't want my business I'm going elsewhere. Bye! P.s. been working in town since '97 and thought I've ordered that long from you. Doesn't matter the attempt to discredit my review only reinforces my decision. By the way there's nothing wrong with the phone.

Went here this past weekend and I got a drink and two large pizzas. I thought the pizzas were above average, maybe a bit pricey for what they were, but the pepperonis were crispy and I liked that. In terms of diet beverages, there was only diet pepsi, and the flavors didn't work, so that could be improved...

I’m from NY and was staying at the residence inn on the north shore and called around 130 and they had my pizza there by 2!! Everyone says NY has the best pizza and no other state can compared but this pizza was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had!! The flavor was very unique and I’ll definitely be ordering from here again if I’m ever back in Pitts!!!

The pros: the food is delicious and the place is open late. The con: customer service is non-existent. And the place is pricey as far as restaurants go, which would be fine if the customer service reflected that, but it doesn't. They have an amazing hoagie called the Texas steak hoagie, that is loaded with hot sauce. Everytime I order it I ask very nicely if they could wrap my hoagie in foil so it doesn't leak all over the bag. And every time, they completely ignore my request. And if you order online you're supposed to get free bread twists but they never give them to you. It's not worth reminding them that they owe you free bread twists when you show up, especially if it means you have to wait for them to be prepared. Lastly, don't get the Reuben hoagie if you don't like cole slaw because they put a pound of it in place of any sauerkraut, and when you ask them to hold it, what you're left with is two tiny slivers of corned beef on bread.

Food got l always hot out the oven. Their food is incredible. I always get the Greek pizza. ?‍♀️????amazing. If you live on the west end order from downtown. You will not be disappointed. Amazing ????

My last night here in Pittsburgh I decided to try out your pizza. I placed my order for pickup. My wife and I walk over to pick up our order and as my wife walks in she notices a mouse running in restaurant towards the back. She immediately leave’s without getting order. After debating to pick order up I proceed inside. The girl at the register proceeded to tell me I never placed an order. Seemed very irritated and unsure what she was doing. After several minutes my order was found. Absolutely no apology on longer wait for my order. The pizza was burnt and very dry. Not close to being edible. At this point we had returned to our room. My wife called to speak with manager who was very rude. Told us sorry nothing she can do and hung up. When called again she was continuously placed on hold. Afraid to even eat there again with animals. Very unsanitary place. Unhappy and angry we ended up with a pizza that wasn’t edible. A replacement pizza/ refund possibly delivered/picked up wasn’t even offered. Terrible customer service i have ever experienced! We will not be returning in the future. No refund needed. Donate towards an exterminator that’s highly recommended.

I came here to get spaghetti for dinner the night before the Pittsburgh Half Marathon. The food came very fast and was quite affordable. They served it in a to-go container even though I asked to eat in the restaurant.

Food was NOT the best…It took 55 min to get my order. I ordered a gyro and the meat was chewy and not tasty at all! Then the “strawberry cheese cake” is more like a half melted ice cream with a weird texture… ah! With 3 Extremely small slices of strawberry. I couldn’t eat it.Be aware that they DONT take credit carts from other countries.

Tears, this place almost brought me to tears. Beginning with their almost comical approach to disrespecting patrons as nothing more than a burden from which they collect their toll to the absolute disregard for what they call “Pizza”. The cardboard covered in government cheese I ate as a child would be graded at a 10 compared to this disparaging crime against cuisine. Please, please try better. The people will pay for fresh ingredients and effort towards something that tastes great, your pizza is just an over priced under developed calculation of profit. Sad.

Nastiest food I’ve every experienced it even stinks this place had no business making food no stars this place is horrible
