45+ minutes late on a catering order. Completely unacceptable when the food was ordered 5 days in advance. Pickup was supposed to be at 12. It’s 12:30 and I’m told another 15 minutes? Never again will I order catering from giant eagle.
Could be cheaper but good food. Very fresh.
Place is a joke. Manger is rude. Employees do not know what they’re doing
1- dont be rude 2- let people who role their change just take it and dont point out the coin start, why would I want to pay to have my change counted when I could do it

I'm sad to see that the owner of the Brentwood Town Square Giant Eagle is selling out to corporate... this is the cleanest, most professional store out of all of the Giant Eagles. There is always management available on the floor to help you or listen to a concern or a complaint. I live in Pleasant Hills/Jefferson Hills area and I drive out of my way to go to Brentwood Giant Eagle because I also feel safe there that I'm not going to get hurt while visiting the store or sick from filthy produce or an unclean deli department and outdated products.... the Century III Giant Eagle should take a page out of Brentwoods Lesson Book. Hopefully the store won't go down hill...
