I'm sorry but you have to retrain employees they seem clueless. And do not know how to properly handle a customer issue.. if you aren't sure please ask to put me on hold and grab a manager. Don't Tell me "uhhhh hmm well your foods made we can reimburse you.. oh you accidentally clicked pick up?! No problem we can deliver it! What's the address? Oh no that's out of delivery area. Ahh don't worry I'm going to take care of you.."Me thinking how I already told you the mistake and you clearly weren't listening. I'm a chill person and I did make a mistake and I've been a manager I learned how to deal with issues as simple as what I called about. You literally never tell a customer no off the bat. Especially when I know how food cost works. And I know it's put in to the budget for these things and I guarantee half the employees steal food without ringing it in or paying. I don't even know who I spoke to if even a manager. So don't interrupt either. Your girls got anxiety issues and this a nightmare. Multiply locations just unclear on how simple procedures work.
Frank’s is a casual pizza restaurant. I ordered jalapeno poppers, Frankie boneless chicken bites, chicken wings, broasted chicken, an Italian hoagie, a ham and cheese hoagie, and a Pepsi. The food was ready for pickup within an hour. The chicken had juicy meat and crispy breading, and the hoagies had toasted bread and flavorful fillings. Update: A few weeks after my first order, I placed a second order, which was also for pickup. I again ordered the broasted chicken, which was juicy and had a wonderfully salty flavor. I also ordered two small pizzas, which had gooey cheese and fresh toppings, but could have been sliced better.
I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and a regular chicken salad for take out, and when I got home the chicken salad was bare - only lettuce chicken and a few fries. I called and the manager immediately offered to have a new one delivered, which came within 10 min, plus a credit for another one. Oh and the pizza was awesome too. Definitely will return!
Orders via Uber Eats which is notoriously slow around here, food was packed really well and hot when I got it. Decent pizza and good hoagie, portions a little small on the hoagie but it's good. Def will try again

Just placed an order with an incredibly rude and angry person. Called back and cancelled.All I ordered was a large buffalo chicken so I'm not sure why I got so much attitude.I considered keeping the order but if somebody is like that on the phone with you I wonder how they act while handling and preparing food. Hard pass.
