The food and service are always great. This is one of the only “fast food” places that the food travels well from. I can pick up an order and drive the 20 minute drive home and the food still tastes just as good as if I sat down and ate it in the restaurant.

Drove 30 minutes and sat in the treacherous traffic in this area to eat here. Onlybto find out itbis temporarily closed! What business is closed on a busy Saturday afternoon?!? No other business had an issues staying open. It is not hard to update the restaurant hours in Google.

Stopped in this location (North Fayette) on a blustery, snowy Monday evening around 6 and the place was understandably empty due to the nasty weather outside—but this bunch of young employees were busy working and smiling the whole time. I thought they would give us “the look” because we came in on a night we should have stayed home and ruined their fun (not having to deal with the usual flow of hungry customers)—but we were met with all smiles. They young lady working the register greeted us with a big smile and made us feel very welcome and she took our order clearly as if she LOVES her job—how refreshing! All the other team members were busy cooking, scraping and cleaning—but all with a pleasant attitude and good energy. Our burgers were PERFECTION-as usual. The condiments were exactly as we specified and the fries were—well—you know—the BEST—hot, fresh, crispy and so so GOOD! A fizzy diet cola completed this yummy meal. The young people’s attitudes and energy was contagious and made our dining experience that much nicer! Great job Five Guys—you picked a great bunch of folks to represent your business. We will be back again and again!!!

They have great food but the prices went up so much that you can go eat steak and pay just a little more. They are always friendly and it doesn't take too long to get your food. Just disappointed at the price.

Wow!! Prices have gone up! Service has gone down. The only reason I agree to come with my partner is the Coke Freestyle machine, which is basically out of all the selections. Ended up drinking basic root beer because they didn't have flavors in that machine. They are paying over $18.50 starting now and the burgers are now over $10.00 and that doesn't include a drink or fries. I can go to Red Robin or Burgatory for a better overpriced burger! The store front is always dirty tables needing wipedoff, and the bathrooms just as bad. NOT COMING BACK ANYTIME SOON!

We dined in, and discovered tiny black hair in both of our burgers. We had one of the burgers remade and found plastic in it. Manager was very nice and refunded us, but there should not be hair or plastic in burgers.

Food was cold, made one burger and let it sit for 10 minutes while the other one was cooking. Fries were bits and pieces, overall was a horrible experience.

So I always love going to five guys even if nothing is for me. The service is top notch always. Yesterday I had a gentleman run out to make sure I had the fries I ordered and even offer to grab a cup for them as it was forgotten. I'm sorry I didn't catch your name but thank you for making sure! All I can ask to change is the powdered/latex gloves that are use. My mom is highly allergic to both and wpuld love to introduce her to the food as well.

I love the burgers and fries. Although short staffed the 4 workers made it work very efficiently

Food was delicious, but the place did not seem the cleanest. I don’t see many other reviewers mentioning this so maybe it was just the time I went, but it was noticeable for me.
