Took to long to get my budget and fries. When I got them it was the wrong burger. My fries were cold by the time I got my burger.I ordered on line from them and got the wrong burger. They claimed it was not their fault and would not send me the correct order. I asked to speak to a manager and at told they would call me back. He never did
If ever anyone ever throws 5 guys fries away! I know i came in at a little after 9. Sneaking out of my diet and out for a sunday breeze with my children ages 8,9 & 2. The fries tasted either not done and or old. I rarely come to Pittsburgh but to grab a bite and get a little city life. I was mortified by how disgusting the fries were. Our burgers had hard shell like pieces my boys said it hurt to eat. Just sad cause a few months back i was totally satisfied. But yesterday 3/6/2022 service and food was ugh!
Good regular greasy burger but way over priced burger fries and drink for 2 people 40 plus
If you have an hour to waste waiting for a burger you’ll love this place. There’s always a bunch of a easy parking too!
Slow slow slow. Pre ordered our food through Doordash for us to pick up.. not delivery.... and still had to wait over an hour after estimated time to get it. Then they tried to give us food that had been sitting under the warmer for God knows how long.

everything was delicious,had a small problem with the soda machine,just needed a new.cup and drink no problem

The customer service was fantastic. They were short handed but the person behind the counter held it together and was super friendly. The food was tasty as well. The restaurant and bathroom were very clean. Overall I was very satisfied. Thank you.
