Quick service but hot inside and out of chocolate milkshakes. otherwise it's just another 5 guys
Burger and fries were outstanding, but still WAY overpriced $40+ for two drinks, 2 burgers and 2 fries.
I personally don't eat here but my boyfriend does. I get food from Noodles & Company and we come here so he can eat his burger and fries and me my food at the fun window seats. Fun to feed the pigeons afterwards with left over fries and peanuts!
I leave close and been to this place more than 100 times ! It’s clean and the food is always good! Best burger ever.
The hamburger was good. The fries are good. The service is friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean.The beverage service was a disappointment. Watery and without flavor. The multi select beverage dispensers have never worked well. Next I think I will bring my own soda.
The grilled cheese I got was disgusting. The lady got all mad at me for looking at the grilled cheese while it was being cooked. I also asked for A1 on the side. Didn't get it. My fries were old. I know 5 guys is known for there fries. The milkshake was the best part. The cashier was the best employee and the rest were just goofing off while thing needed to be done. So disappointed.
Definitely have had better five guys, burgers felt dry and my milkshake had a hole in the bottom of it.
I only ordered fries... they were Good,Hot-n- Fresh. Don't really know why Google keeps harassing me about the restaurant's I visit. I just want to eat!!!
We tried this location this past Friday after taking the kids for some ice skating at PPG plaza. The burger was phenomenal and kids loved it.
These two garbage cans sum up how this place is managed. Don't waste your time, find another location. Awful staff and service.
