I usually love First Watch but I likely will never go back to this location. We were here on a Friday morning and waited 1 hour 15 minutes for lukewarm food in a medium busy dine-in situation. My overcooked omelet had shallots in it that weren't peeled or sliced all the way through and still had their roots on, but what was I going to do, send it back and wait another hour? I cut the shallots myself. The waitress avoided coming to tables because everybody was mad at the wait, and therefore coffee didn't get refilled and no one knew what was going on; when she finally did come by she said the wait was because of DoorDash orders being prioritized over customers in the restaurant. Completely outrageous policy and it is to the detriment of a really good restaurant. Obviously being rushed is affecting the quality of the food and service. The staff are obviously very stressed about the situation, and I don't blame them. I won't go back here unless there is evidence that management is changing their policy.
So I live in Florida, and usually once a week I place an online order from my local First Watch. I had been waiting inside the restaurant for 15 minutes for my order when someone came to check on me and they told me they didn’t have an order for me at all. After further investigation, we discovered that somehow while placing the online order for my local store for whatever reason it got sent to this PA store. My local First Watch quickly took my order, I paid for my order and within 10 minutes I was out the door. The manager told me if I just call this other store in PA they will more than likely be more than happy to issue my refund since I’m all the way in FL and it was a mistake. It’s been now over a week and I’ve yet to receive my refund. Each time I’ve called im given a run around as to why no one can help me immediately. They claim to take my information and that I will hear back from someone but I’ve heard nothing.

Wonderful experience. Delicious food. Kind staff. We never go out on a holiday but with crazy schedules it worked out. We had the best breakfast ever. It made Easter morning perfect. Huge shout out to the entire staff for welcoming us and working on a holiday. You all were AMAZING
Got my order delivered through Uber Eats. I ordered plain pancakes, chicken pesto quinoa bowl and French toast.Absolutely loved the pancakes with the syrup they gave. So fluffy, soft and yummy. The toast were 2 really big slices and really good. The quinoa was tasty and seemed healthy. I'm gonna order all these items again because all of them were perfect.The only thing that bothered me was Uber Eats showed 35-45 minutes delivery and I got the order in 65-70 minutes. But still I'd rate it 5 stars because of the food.
Food and service, on point. Everything tasted very fresh. Would suggest going early tho. Was there at 9 and was perfect. Left the restaurant around 10 30 and was packed
Our favorite place for breakfast, their Farmhouse hash and their omelets are great! The Carrot Cake Pecan pancake is also in our favorites.
The wait staff was so good. Food was delicious.
It was so busy that the wait for food was 1 hour and 30 minutes. We were told that ordering online would be faster. It wasn’t… The site forced our pickup to be 1 hour and 30 minutes after the time of order, then since I was putzing around looking for a coupon, it pushed the order back 15 more minutes! The food was good but not worth the cost or the wait. Aye-yai-yai…
I love first watch and have been to several locations. The food is always hot and fresh, but sadly, for a breakfast joint, the poached eggs are never good. I've tried 3 times now at this location and they're either very over (like hard boiled) or very under (I don't feel safe eating egg white that is still clear)While this is unfortunate, there's plenty of other choices and the staff is always super nice, so I'm so rating 5 stars.
