Very straight forwardYou can tell they are Hard workers and very focused on getting you in and out.
Even though they were short staffed,the food came warm and delicious. The staff was very knowledgeable on the choices the carry. The first young lady was very polite as was the entire staff was. I and my family will definitely be back. Thank you for being so friendly
Just ordered a turkey sub from there this evening. I've eaten at other Firehouse Subs and I really liked them. The sub from Firehouse this evening had stale bread, barely any condiments, not even half the amount of meat or cheese that I've gotten at other locations and they onions had zero flavor. Way too expensive for the food to be so terrible. I threw it away after one bite.
Subs & cookies are always fresh & tasty... A little pricey, but worth it IMHO.Plus they have a fair selection of chips (incl. my personal favorite... Baked potato chips).
None of the employees were wearing masks. One worker was coughing and sneezing. I did not feel that they have the customers safety as a priority.
The team was quick and efficient with my order. I waited roughly 5 minutes for my order, and it was fresh and good. My pickle was missing on the side, but the team member gave me one as soon as I mentioned it. The areas were clean and welcoming. I would recommend to others looking for a quick meal.

After work I came by to get dinner and the store was closed early I was by the door waiting to see if they would come up to me and give me a explanation by they just stood there staring till I left, I called and talked to the manager but she said they closed early just to close and didn’t offer any compensation if I was you would would call before going their cause they don’t follow store hours
8/26/21 The food was tasty. The employees greeted me and were very kind. Hook & Ladder is my to go order. The restaurant looked very clean. I always come to Firehouse after work.
