The stars are for the service and ambiance, both of which were great.I am not terribly picky, but I don't know that I've ever had a worse meal. I got a chicken bowl (rice, beans, lettuce, cheese, chicken) and it was barely edible. The chicken had a weird orange-ish coating, it was oddly shaped and tasted off- also way too much of it. The lettuce was floppy. The rice and beans had almost no flavor. And the queso on top was hard and also had very little taste.This was my first visit and will probably be my last. Shame because the ambiance and patio area are nice.
Best Mexican experience around. Food has been incredible, staff's friendly and authentic which I like. Music makes for a nice atmosphere. Outdoor patio, I prefer bar area indoors. No Mexican better on mcknight.Choripollo with headhunter
Never again. We requested a booth. Of the 5 they brought us to, all were covered with leftover food, trash on the floor and food particles on the seats. When they finally seated us there was still trash on the floor which I asked three times to have cleaned up but no one ever did. I just have this problem not wanting to have to eat dinner sitting among other peoples trash and leftovers. The chandeliers have half the lightbulbs not working and who knows how long since they’ve been cleaned. Amidst all this we asked to speak to the manager but he was too busy to come over. This used to be a place we came to because we missed good Tex-Mex food but no more. I prefer cleanliness to cuisine. .
Really good experience. First time eating Emilianos and the food was spot on. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. Very nice atmosphere decorated with lovey art and a fountain in the dining area. I shall return.

Had a great experience here on cinco de mayo weekend. Had an amazing server, had great food and getting 3 items and 2 sides for $15 with their combination menu was impressive!
I understand that they were busy tonight at the Bethel Park location but while everyone at my table got their dinner, I sat there waiting for mine. By the time everyone at my table was done eating, they FINALLY brought my food out and told me they wouldn't charge me for my meal. When we get the checks, I still got charged despite NOT receiving my meal the entire time I sat there. I brought the food home since everyone at my table was done eating and realized they gave me the WRONG meal. I paid for a meal I didn't get while sitting there and it was wrong! I will definitely NOT be going back anytime soon. I have recently been to plenty understaffed restaurants and I don't mind waiting. However, I never had to sit through an ENTIRE meal watching everyone else finish their food before getting served. VERY disappointed. ?

Made a to go order. Part of order included a 16 ounce cheese dip. They only included a 4 ounce cheese dip with my order. Didn’t notice their mistake until I got home. Called in to ask if I could receive a credit or the 16 ounce cheese dip next time I stopped in. I was told they wouldn’t do that — that I had to drive back that day and pick it up or too bad. I offered to send them a copy of my receipt and the dip that was provided. Why would I want to drive 30 minutes back to your restaurant to accommodate your mistake? You messed up my order — that I paid for.Needless to say, if this problem isn’t rectified, Emilianos just lost regular customers. Happy to provide proof of the receipt and what was actually provided with my order. Poor business etiquette from the person handling calls. Listen mistakes happen. I get that, but the way that the staff handled this mistake after it was brought to their attention was poor.
I was very disappointed in the service I received at Emilianos tonight. We came to have drinks and that was difficult. I expected it to be busy because it was national margarita day but our server wasn't even close to being attentive. We waited almost 20 minutes for our server after we were seated. Our first round of drinks came after our entrees and we were handed the check before my second drink came which made us feel rushed. Both times we had to ask for our drinks. When we paid our bill, the amount swiped was over $100 more than what my bill was.The food was good though and thank you to server Sandy for acknowledging us and finding our server
