Coming from California my bar for Mexican food is high…& baby I should have known better because this place is not it. I’ve never been somewhere that had grainy queso before. There are other places in Pittsburgh where you can get better Mexican food.

Carne asada with pico & guacamole - yum. I loved it. Be back soon

Great authentic Mexican food. A cool little local joint! The owner is from San Diego I believe. Mostly a take out place but everything I have tried has been very good. Chicken soft tacos and bean and rice burrito with a side of salsa are my standard go to choices.

Hands down the most authentic Mexican restaurant in town! The chile relleno burrito is crispy and delicious. The tacos are fresh and amazing as well. The staff is very friendly and the food is ready quickly.

I ate their chicken pollo asado burrito and was very disappointed. Cost about $10 which is a poor value. Good size but 75% "mexican" rice. Tomatoes they make sauce with are mealy and not ripe or sweet. Pineapple habanero sauce was tomato-based and terrible. Little bit of chicken had no obvious grill flavor. I just spent the winter in Mexico and know what authentic is.. This ain't it.

Every single time I order there’s an issue. Fully disappointed. Waited 2 hours for this. Imagine wasting peoples time to this extent.

Was on a trip to Pittsburgh from Ohio and was trying many different kinds of foods. And man, we hit big time on this place. The best burrito I have ever had was here. Everything about it was crazy good! The servant there let you know about anything you wanted on the menu and was just as friendly. The place doesn't look like much at all. But don't be fooled by that. Well worth it! I will be going back to this place on our next trip to Pittsburgh! If you ever plan visiting Pittsburgh make a stop here, you won't be disappointed.

Many, many options. Vegetarian and vegan choices too.

After living on the west coast for a few decades I'm used to being disappointed with the Mexican food options in Pittsburgh. I'm so happy I found this little spot. The California burrito was awesome and reminded me of San Diego burritos. Kate behind the counter was super friendly and made sure our order was just right. I would definitely recommend this place.

The last time I ate here the cashier asked for a tip which was awkward. But I still love the food here! Delicious chorizo!!
