Since we didn't get to eat, I'm eating based on other Einstein's. Need to be aware that this location is only for pitt employees, staff and students.
We came just before closing. There was only a small selection left so we settled on turkey bacon on a pretzel bagels. What a wonderful surprise it turned out to be.Top notch. Clean and courteous.
This is a disgusting establishment with rude and lazy employees. They have horrifying customer service, rarely get an order correct and can't seem to keep their variety available. I order an everything bagel with butter and I received a plain bagel in a greasy bag but no butter and I was the only customer.

They always put a good amount of butter on my bagel. Uhm, I don't like how they have something called "schmear", but I guess that's more of an issue with the company and less this particular Einstein's. Either way, it makes me uncomfortable. Also, their blackberry lemonade ROCKS! Cool, that's it.

update: I had the coffee a couple of times, and it seems to have improved. I almost forgot about my passionate post here about the coffee.
