I decided to write this review after several disappointing visits. I love Einstein Bros bagels. However, this location has been lacking in organization and work force for a long time. The workers I see are the same every time, as if they have to work around the clock. I can see that they are struggling to keep up with online orders that overwhelm them. One of the workers seems to have health concerns and I am worried for the pressure they are under. Everytime I have visited, I have seen that one worker has to leave the register to make coffees for online orders while the other two fulfill food orders. The coffee pitcher they use for iced coffee is heavy and difficult for the worker to handle. This slows down the process and leaves the in-person line to grow until sometimes people have to wait up to 45 minutes. I don't believe this is the worker's fault but management's. I hope the company is paying them enough and is willing to pay a new worker well so that this location can keep up with their demand. So far, it is not, and it is negatively affecting the workers and costumers. A company that does that cannot succeed in the long run. I hope Einsteins can improve and help their workers be happy so that things can run more efficiently. I cannot support a company that overextends their workers and disregards their limits and needs.
Bagels that aren't just oval bread! Lot's of choices. Parking in back. Restrooms. Table dining. Clean. Well lit. Good staff. Reasonable prices.
Probably my husband and my favorite bagel place locally. My favorites are the Everything bagels, or their Jalapeño Cheddar with plain cream cheese. All of their bagels are good though. Love their coffee as well, and we bring out refillable thermoses for a slight discount. Their cookies are good too! Staff is always kind and store is always clean.
I haven't been to Einstein in years. The bagel choices were good...but not a 1st choice place. I purchased two bagels and spent just short of $10... seemed high to me and bagels just okay for me.
Was served bacon in Garden Avocado Bagel which is supposed to not have any meat. Realised it after eating half of it, because only then it was visible. Blatant insensitivity of staff when one said, “oh! you already ate half of it.” Expecting us to dissect and inspect a sandwich before eating it because these guys don’t know what goes in it.
Fast service, food came out quick, friendly staff. However, the bagels didn’t taste fresh and were thin. Also, not a lot of cream cheese on the one.Delicious specialty bagels though.-Alice + Flynn
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. It is too expensive for the quantity of food provided and they ran out of options by 1 PM on a Saturday. The only silver lining was the courteous staff. I would strongly suggest looking at other options before going here.
I asked for a pastry and they gave me one with mold on it. I'll let the picture speak for itself.
They have the awesome jalapeno bagel and a green chile bagel. The workers are all so nice and friendly also
Quick service, Tasty breakfast food, and easy to find. Very small and disorganized parking lot, hard to find a spot to park some mornings. Otherwise is a nice option to grab some quick bite to eat before your morning commute.
