Their never delivered my mother's arrangement for mother's day. I went into the Liberty Avenue location (Pittsburgh) for a refund. They tried to give me a partial refund saying the order was delivered. I told them I was home all day and no one rang the doorbell. Their reply was we don't have to ring the doorbell. When I asked for a corporate number I was warned to change my attitude. They continued by stating that they only had to leave the arrangement on my porch and take a picture of it. I asked for a copy of the photo which they were unable to provide. Only then did they grudgingly give me my full refund.
Ordered my arrangement a week ahead of time, called multiple times with no response, and also paid a $10 delivery fee since it was a more busy day than usual. The whole day my order status said “store received your order.” Still says that. The arrangement never arrived. Very disappointed and will not be doing service here again. I hope they will give me a full refund. Don’t waste your time.
ROACHES IN FRUIT!!!!!This is the most absolutely DISGUSTING "service" I have EVER SEEN. I sent an order to my grandmother who was sick in the hospital. When she received her arrangement and unwrapped it a HUGE ROACH fell out of the cellophane. It was WRAPPED UP INSIDE THE ARRANGEMENT. Never in my LIFE have I seen something so ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Then when I called for a refund, this extremely RUDE and LAZY representative answered the phone. After all this I simply and politely asked for a refund. She couldn't even be bothered to look up my order details, and was completely unapologetic. She stated she "could't give a full refund," I could only get a new one with free delivery. I. DONT. WANT. A. NEW. ROACH. INFESTED. BAG. OF. ROTTEN. FRUIT. And a SEVEN DOLLAR REFUND on an order of $100?!?!?! This place is a COMPLETE JOKE. I will be contacting the health department and the BBB IMMEDIATELY.
Shout out Nydera Lewis for running the store how it’s supposed to be done. Great customer service skills. Everyone has a job to get done and they all do it so well. Great store.

Drove 2.5 hours just to have it. The young ladies were very helpful. They gave me ice and everything to keep it cold. Thank you. Can't wait to visit again.
Horrible horrible experience, will never use them again! Ordered an arrangement on Friday to be delivered on Saturday, got email at 11am Saturday saying it was delivered yet the recipient never received it. They was already closed when I found out so called Sunday but they was closed. Called customer care which was no help either. Finally talk to someone on Monday never apologized or explained why it wasn’t delivered (even tho I got an email saying it was) just said they will re deliver that day. At 10 am got another email saying it was delivered but person still haven’t received, at this point the whole moment and surprise is ruined! Called them back they said it was a email glitche and the arrangement haven’t left out yet but will be delivered in the next hour. At 12:45 pm got another email saying it was delivered. I’m thinking ok it’s real this time.. at 4pm recipient said they still didn’t receive, called store back now they saying they couldn’t find address yet nobody followed up to call me or recipient for help with location! Worse service ever! At this point idk if it will ever get delivered! Rather get money back and use another company! Thanks for ruining a special moment… delivery still pending!!!!
