It’s hit or miss. During the week in the morning the lady with long dark hair is amazing and super nice. Also the man with the cutest nails done is also very nice. Weekend is awful. They are always out of everything before 9am, never have enough staff and food is not good. Also huge pot hole at the entrance that is awful and needs fixed. Overall it’s a convenient location and spot to just drive thru.Update: my 3 stars went to 1. Last two days have been awful. I go to this place every day and now I probably won’t be back. Yesterday on a busy Saturday they were closed because the manager didn’t show up. And now today I wait 20min to get to the window and their scanner is broke. You would think they should of said something when you ordered if the form of payment most people use is broke?! So the lady goes I’m sorry and I don’t have Apple Pay or any other payment and now I’m left with nothing.This location has gone downhill fast. Sorry to see it plummet because it’s so convenient but this past week was terrible.
This is the worst dunkin donuts. The employees are rude. They never have anything in stock and they ALWAYS make me pull into a parking spot because apparently it takes 15 minutes to make a hot latte. I have never been asked to do this at any other dunkin or any other drive thru coffee shop. I will never go back. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else
This dunkin is terrible! The girl threw her coffee at me and spilled all over my car. After she did this she just looked at me and close the window offering no help or apology! Do not recommend this location!
My second and final bad experience at this Dunkin’ drive-through. I don’t know who can’t cook food in the kitchen, but claiming a mobile order means that my coffee should not wait 30 minutes at the drive-through window to be a watered down mess by the time it’s handed to me. This poorly-planned location is never worth sitting in line for, and it frequently causes traffic issues on Banksville Rd.
If you want to be barked at by some woman with dark hair at 7am, go to this Dunkin’. Otherwise, stay far away. I was in line in the drive thru and once I get to the window, I said “good morning” and she responds with shushing me (apparently she was taking an order on her headset). Then to top it all off, I was trying to put my card away and she TAPS on my car and slams my coffee in my hand. No thank you, nothing. I will drive out of my way to go to another Dunkin’. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
You pay for a large but you get a medium stay away from Dunkin on Banksville Road
I would give zero stars if I could! I could barely hear the girl, then when I started to talk she screamed "we'll be right with you I said!" Then the guy came on "what do you want?" Oh very present yes I love this. I asked for a muffin. "We don't have any." I asked if they don't have any muffins at all to which he replied no. Okay, so I asked my passenger what else they wanted and the guy snapped "Do you want anything else?" Cool. Then I ordered a decaf coffee with milk and sugar. I was handed a black regular Coffee and a stale bagel.Honestly, there's no reason to rude, if you're unhappy with your job... Find another one!
The consistency is terrible. My ice coffee taste like they forgot the coffee. Tastes like watered down creamer and sugar.
Awful service. This is at least the fourth time in a row that I have had my coffee order wrong. Except this time not only was it absolutely foul tasting, it was also cold when I ordered a HOT latte. The temperature was as if it was made hours ago and sat. The taste was disgusting.
This is literally the only dunkin in the Pittsburgh area I have an issue with. Everytime I go to order they’re out of everything. Actual coffee, lids, donuts, muffins. I continue to go back thinking they may actually be able to server me but yet again they continue to not keep anything in stalk. I would suggest going to the dunkin in dormont.
