I have gone to this Dunkin location twice! Each time the service gets worse along with the variety of donuts and donut holes. Very disappointing! Hopefully they'll get better!
My fiancé and I go to this Dunkin Doughnuts frequently and every time it’s been a worse experience. This time however was very upsetting as my fiancé specifically asked for almond milk in her drink. They not only forgot to make it. But when she went back to ask they made her the completely wrong drink..with regular milk. This may seem like a small thing but it’s not. Dietary specifics are important and to anyone who has them they know the struggle to order a certain item and hope/check that it was made correctly. It took me a few sips to check that it was regular milk(plus whipped cream which she did not want). We will not be going back up this Dunkin Doughnuts and I advise others to do the same until they A. Change management or B. Learn to improve highly on their current lack of care and customer service.

Terrible customer service. Employees and managers openly roll their eyes to each other if you order a $7 milkshake. Also what in tarnation is this disgusting pink “meat”? ?
I never gotwaited on. THREE employees, just looked at me, as if I wasn't even there. Over FIVE minutes, they just looked at me, until I walked out. No one even said, "be right with you". WOW!
I have gone to this location several times. They always have a very limited selection of donuts no matter what time you go. They are always out of almost all donuts. AND I tried their mango drink and it was terrific THE FIRSG TIME! Then after that it has been getting worse and worse. Today the manager rudely told my husband the mango drink is supposed to be made with banana, which makes no sense and if you know anything about mangoneadas then you know that is false. Today will be the last time I go there and buy any drinks. About a 1/4 of my frozen mango drink was whole ice cubes! I paid almost 6 dollars for a bunch of ice cubes! NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Waited 20 minutes at the register to place an order. I ended up having to leave so I wouldn't miss a meeting. 20 minutes with my order not even placed, is just ridiculous. Not to mention the long line, of other people waiting to order. Terrible!!!
The drinks come out fast however the donuts are regularly done poorly. They are somewhat stale and it’s obvious whoever did the frosting didn’t care about doing a good job. Great location but they need to improve the final product.
This Dunkin’ was really clean and organized when it first opened, but it has gotten progressively dirtier. Tables need a good wipe down, trash is usually overflowing, some garbage, some flies. I’ve gone in during really slow hours and workers don’t seem to clean much. 2 stars because the employees are always nice.
One of the dirtier dunkins, but the people are nice and the drinks come out quick. Donuts are usually kinda stale. I only go here if it makes significantly more sense than any other Dunkin.
