I’ll start by saying every time I’ve been here, the staff has been very helpful and friendly. However I was pretty unhappy with my visit today. I mobile ordered an iced tea, everything bagel with cream cheese, and sweet pepper bacon (my go-to hangover cure order). My boyfriend went in to pick it up and called me and said they were out of everything bagels- normally I wouldn’t be too upset but I NEED my Dunkin hangover breakfast!! To rectify the situation they gave me triple hash browns - they were burnt but it was a nice gesture. Sadly my drink was terrible (they are very inconsistent because I’ve gotten it here before and it’s been great) - literally no ice and WAY too much sugar. Ended up driving to the Dunkin on South Park Rd to get my bagel lol. Long story short, if you’re out of something you should really take it off the app because I could have just gone to the other Dunkin in the first place. Gas prices ain’t cheap but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do!
My husband of 48years and I were cold after. A doctor visit and we wanted to stop for just coffee for me and. Tea for him.... So we stopped at Dunkin donuts on our way home ? ???
Worst frozen doughnut recipe ever. Gives me a terrible after taste.
We have always had an amazing experience at this Dunkin. Today was especially fantastic given the point that I had just made an online order and showed up with a sign on the door saying they were low on employees and closing because of the snow. There was an employee outside who then let me in and the team happily fulfilled the order even though they worked a 10 hour shift in the storm. I was completely ready to patiently cancel the order and they went above and beyond.
Very disappointed with this walk in only DD. Let me just say, they need a better system between those orders that are pre-called in vs. Walks ins. It's hard to determine if your order has been placed and filled as they put all orders in same location. The worst thing though was when I witnessed the line chef if you will running the toaster and hot items, he dropped the order slip on the floor and when he thought nobody saw, he placed the slip on the same counter the sandwiches were being made. I was totally turned off. I'm still drinking DD's coffee but not sure I can eat from there again.
This particular location seems to get my orders wrong on a regular basis. Always something like sugar or flavoring missing.
I will NEVER order from here again. I ordered an iced frozen coffee with mocha online. Go into the store, didn’t see my order so I go to the register. I was completely ignored by two employees, one of which was drinking at the register while talking to the other and then finally someone else assisted me. Get my drink and it was HORRIBLE. It was more chocolate syrup than coffee. Disgusting I couldn’t even finish it. I’d rather spend my kidney at Starbucks than come back here.
I couldn't help it. I impulsively went in and sat at the nice tables with a garage door view of route 19 and ate 2 old fashioned plain donuts with a no pulp orange juice. I have to tell you. I stayed in the moment and really enjoyed my impulsive foray. Really kind staff there too.

I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, hash browns, and an iced coffee through the app. When I was already 15 minutes into my 30 minute drive commute from Dunkin, I opened the bag and there were no hashbrowns and I was given a bagel with meat. At that point, I didn’t have time to turn back without being late for work. I called the store and told them about the mistake in my order and it seemed like I was inconveniencing them for their mistake. They offered for me to come back and fix the order but I again did not have enough time to do that. I told her the next time I would be able to come in would be Monday morning. She said to just say the situation and they will refund me or make the order again. I guess I will see if that it’s true later on without any issues but I was just surprised with how I mistake was handled even though I was very kind and honest.
