Worst DD ever. Drive thru was lousy. Lousy customer service and the order was wrong. What was given was not fresh. Had I been close I woulda have returned. 3/7/22
This Dunkin is much better than when it first opened. They make my frozen coffees very good and also iced caramel coffees! They have nice staff there also!
Visited this location recently. I know places are short staffed, but there was no wait. Gentleman up front seemed like I was bothering him by coming in. I ordered new Holiday blend coffee. It wasn’t even made. I had to wait 10 minutes for him to make it. How can you advertise the Holiday coffee but not have any made fresh and ready? It also tastes watered down. Go somewhere else instead. Order from Starbucks or, better yet, support your local coffee shops. They’ll do better.

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I just recently moved to this neighborhood and gave this Dunkin a good 5 chances. Each visit was worse than the last. I received attitude from the employees, common items were out of stock, and the dozen donuts I ordered before noon were stale. My most recent visit, I waited in line behind two cars only to get to the speaker to realize that they were closed at 4pm. We waited at the speaker for someone to take our order and then finally pulled around to the window to see that there was no one working. No sign posted anywhere or anything. I'm incredibly annoyed that I waited in line at a closed store.
I only drink black coffee and everytime you guys put cream in it and I can’t drink it. Literally every time I come to this location it’s messed up. It’s less than a mile from me but I guess I’ll drive out of my way to go somewhere else now because of how bad the service is here.
Drive through only, limited to no stock of common items, hot food was served cold. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and the cream cheese was provided on the side instead of on the bagel, not sure why.
Good place to stop if it's not peak times. Driver thrus back up into thr main streets. The everything bagel minis are good and I enjoy the sugared bacon on sandwiches.
Super stale donut and muffin. It's 730 am these should be fresh. The guy working the front was nice and offered me alternatives but the one other I tried was stale too and was just over it. Wish I would of just went to giant eagle instead!
Absolutely horrible service, online order took a good hour. The manager was standing around. 5 people could make my drinks. Finally got my order and it was wrong. I recommend the GM goes in there and breaks a foot off, if ya know what I mean...
