This store can't seem to get it right. Ordered a butter pecan latte and got a plain iced coffee. When I ordered my latte they asked if I wanted milk. Don't they train anyone at this location? I'm done.
I've been here twice, once in the evening, and once this morning. I ordered a frozen coffee with caramel and the drink they gave me was the consistency of an iced coffee and not a frozen drink whatsoever. I'm not sure why this location has so much difficulty making this drink when every other Dunkin I've been to makes it just fine with no issues. Also, the first time I went both the cashier and manager on duty gave attitudes when I told them the drink was wrong.
Horrible experience!!! Sunday I’ve arrived to the drive-through and ordered two caramel craze lattes. I requested no ice and was told that they could not fill my cup if I did not want ice because drinks are billed with ice I told them fine even though I thought that was petty & absurd for a multi billion dollar company to have a policy like. But today I went again & ordered a caramel craze latte light ice, an order of hash browns, bacon & avocado/tomato toast. I waited at the window for 10 minutes to receive the latte full of ice no coffee.. and a sandwich that I did not order.. Did not complain about the latte I just explained to them that I did not order that sandwich. They took the Sandwich back and closed the window. I waiting outside for another 7 minutes without any response then I started to beat my horn for them to see how long it would because I was running late for a doctors appointment. After beeping my horn like a nut they finally opened the window and screamed give us minute which at this point I just wanted a refund so I can go however I had to drive off with out it because they would not open the window to see what I needed. This place Is a CATASTROPHE!!!
Shamarah was completely rude when taking my order. The person in front of me waited 20 minutes to get a coffee and donuts. It always seems this Dunkin Donut is either understaffed, rude, and don’t care about their patrons.at the end of my 30 minute wait . I gave Shamarah a tip. She grabbed it without a Thank You and turned her back. Very ignorant to the fact that she was rewarded for poor service. I’ll find another Dunkin Donut in the area. I wouldn’t write such a long soliloquy but this has happened several time here.Rude and slow. Food and coffee always good.Dr John
Just came to Dunkin’ to get two cold brews, we pulled up to order at the drive thru and someone told us to order at the window instead. We pull up to the window to get help ordering on the app because we wanted our coffee a certain way and the girl was really rude! We asked for one cold brew to have ice on the side, they gave us a small cup of ice and didn’t feel the cold brew up. They gave us the excuse that they were training but it was really disorganized. Oh yea and this cold brew isn’t even cold brew , it’s iced coffee.
There once named an employee named fred whose calling card was "time to make the donuts". Walk into a Dunkin donuts and there would be at least 20 varieties of freshly baked donuts. Now the donuts come in frozen; so its defrost, warm, and serve. The few times I have been there, there has only been 3-5 varieties of donuts available. The kind that always gets left behind in the box because they are the least favorite.
This has become my new before work spot. I receive the same excellent service day after day!
I felt bad, they had a sign on the drive through that said they were not serving food due to being short staffed. I got my drinks though and they were good.
Worst customer service ever. Repeatedly and rudely refused service with no explanation over the last few weeks. I was completely friendly. Extremely long waits at drive through. Dinning room rarely open. Stay away!
Not too familiar with Pittsburgh so I googled a drive thru DD and this place popped up and I am glad I went. Mark was so nice. Order was excellent. My coffee was just the way I liked.
