I've had some good experiences here in the past, but recently the quality has been exceptionally poor. Today, they were out of most varieties of donut so I got some croissants. They were fresh...about a month ago. We took one bite and threw the rest away. Even our dog wouldn't eat a bit. The donuts that were there weren't much better. Hopefully they'll clean up their act but for now I'd stay away from this franchise.
This store should be ashamed to send out the quality of good I received this morning. Was very disappointed and inconvenienced.

It's hard to mess up coffee and tea, right? The young folks who work here are trying, but . . . This place needs a scrub down from to bottom. The drinks orders were fine, so there is that.
The manager needs to be fired. She screams at kids and calls the police even when there are plenty of empty tables. They took our money before telling us they couldn’t give us change and messed up our order. We were told that to get the correct order we had to throw out the messed up one and deliberately waste food. Used to be a fun place but not when the manager and inconsiderate staff is here
Recently this place feels more like a prison than a public eatery. The lady in charge threatened to call the police on us for taking a moment to decide our order. Even as we placed an order she stared at us and made us feel extremely unwelcome. They also messed up our order and refused to fix it. We are loyal customers but may not be continuing to eat here if the service and ambiance continues to be this hostile.
The manager who is this old lady is horrific. Cruella needs to be fired. She yells at every single customer and threatens to call the police when all we’ve done is sat at our table and figured out what to order. This place is a prison and not a relaxing place to get food. We get treated awful as paying customers. They also have a policy where every single person in your party has to make a purchase, which is extremely weird, even if 6 people get donuts if one of them hasn’t bought something they are forced to leave.Me and my friend were staying seated at our table so we could watch our belongings while our friend made a purchase of 3 drinks for each of us. And Cruella (the manager) told us we had to get in line and we explained that our friend was buying and she stood next to our table and stared at us for 10 minutes. It made us extremely uncomfortable.
The manager screamed at us for deciding what to order at our table and told us we had to get in line or she would call the police. They refused to fix an order they messed up and tried to blame us. The staff was very rude and aggressive, especially the woman in charge
THE MANAGER IS THIS OLD LADY WHO SCREAMS AT YOU AND SAYS SHE’LL CALL THE POLICE ON YOU IF YOU SPEND TWO SECONDS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO ORDER.ALSO They messed up my order and didn’t fix it. AND THEY DONT HAVE CHANGE. They are so rude and I hate it here.
Workers were very friendly.Donuts and coffee were very good asusall.
