My son and I rushed to get there we were walking. We rushed for apparently no good reason because we got there at 7:47 and all the lights were out and doors locked. I wasn't the only one either. Right after that car pulled out and tried the door. You're not going to be open that those hours then update your hours. It's not right when someone comes all the way there just to find out that you are closed.
They SERIOUSLY need to retrain all of their employees or something. Everytime I get a drink with light ice now this girl purposely leave the whole top unfilled and still gives that same amount of ice. Half the time their coffee tastes bitter and everytime I get avocado toast from here they don’t toast the bread enough. If you get bagel minis, they’re probably gonna be cold. Everyone moves like insanely slow I feel like I’m watching a scene in a show where they’re in slo mo. One time I was in a rush and I got in there no one was there and I ordered a drink and avocado toast. Simple right? No. They made my drink in like 3 min then made everyone else’s order BEHIND me and then made my avocado toast. I was visibly in a rush. And before handing me my avocado toast this guy says are you okay and I just say yeah and they I pick my food up to leave because mind you, I’m in a rush, and he said you sure? Like can I please just take my untoasted avocado toast that took you literally 15 minutes to make pls?
Everytime I get a drink here there’s less and less liquid in the cup like they’re making a medium in a large cup which when you get espresso drinks changes the whole flavor that’s why sometimes your drink isn’t as sweet as it should be or for some reason the entire simple syrup has been added to your one drink. Almost like they don’t have a chart on how to make them. Also if you ever think about Uber eats from this place don’t they used bread for two sandwiches instead of bagels burnt two orders of tator tots that were still somehow soggy and I’m missing about a small drinks worth from the two large drinks I ordered. Also they originally told my Uber eats driver I didn’t have drinks with my meal so my Uber eats driver actually was nice and went back for the drinks. I called to let them know he was coming before I opened my food and not once did they mention (or try to contact me through the app before sending the wrong food) they used bread for the bagels which to me the bread is literally horrendous and I can’t eat it.
Had to use restroom really bad and they didn't hassle me for not buying anything. Thanks
By far the slowest of slow.. their donuts are always old with small varieties always out of products... coffee never consistent... definitely needs new management
Staff are always so friendly and wonderful. This is such a great Dunkin
It’s actually nice but if they is outdoor seating that would be better.
Ordering on the app makes things quick and simple for those, like myself, that do not like lines or crowds.
Legitimately one of the worst Dunkins in the planet unless you like waiting 15+ minutes for a coffee
