Typically pretty quick, but to the point where they forget one or two items if you order several things. Probably about three times I’m handed a few things and told “thanks have a good day” only to pull away and realize they forgot a donut or sandwich.Check all bags before you pull out.
Love this location, only one that can get things right the first time. Always, ask for Tabitha if you can she's going to give you the best service. It's too bad Xander doesn't work there anymore he was one of their best employees but he is off to bigger and better things. I almost gave them four stars because they refuse to put anything with lemon curd on their menu, ugh! It would be really nice to see some more Gluten Free/Keto options now that they're moving away from donuts.

Donuts were on the old side but still solid. Caramel cold brew was actually stirred and wasn't just syrup on the bottom. That was cool.
Went inside 6 min ago. Waited 5 min at register only one in line no one said anything to me. Had to ask were they serving inside 5 people working drive through window.

My power breakfast sandwich bun was hard. And my hash browns were soggy and greasy, in almost certain they gave me food from the bottom of breakfast par. Not fresh at all. Also noticed the difference in reception of patrons based on... appearance
Used to love this location however every single time I place an order through Uber eats it’s like they purposefully put the wrong items on food. If you make preferences to your food they should be followed especially when I’m being charged an arm and a leg for delivery. They do not care about the quality of the food they serve. They also don’t care if he might have an allergy to a certain type of food. Dangerous
Had an issue with an employee at dunkin and as a kind citizen goes out of their way to help us the woman in the window proceeds to talk badly about my husband and I not realizing we were in the car. Definitely disgraceful to hire someone who talks bad about customers to other customers. Then when we finally received our order found her hair in our food. Definitely big disappointment and will not be coming to this dunkin rather give our business to a dunkin who deserves our money. If I could I’d rate the employee they hired and their food 0 stars.
