Staff was very accommodating. I order from the wrong Dunkin store. They helped me out!
They have a kiosk that is awesome to use when you're trying to get to work on time
We were there on a Saturday afternoon. I just got coffee, but while I was waiting I could hear that they were out of a lot of different drinks and the expresso machine was down so it greatly limited the available options. Service was OK. Floors were a bit dirty, but not unexpected with everyone tracking in sand and salt due to recent snow.
I ordered a single donut. It was already made and sitting in plain view. Rather than just turning around and bagging my donut, the employee went off and started making other customers' drinks. I stood in the store for 10 minutes, desperately trying to get someone's attention. As a former fast food employee, I can forgive mistakes, especially mistakes made during rush periods. However, I cannot forgive being forgotten by the staff, especially when my order was as simple as it was.
Such a wonderful barista, was my first time in a dunkin that used electronic pads to order. Was easy and quick!
Literally takes forever to make your order and then when they actually do it in a timely manner, it's wrong. Unfortunately it's the only Dunkin in the vicinity
None of the staff was wearing masks today. That’s unacceptable to me. I definitely won’t be going back to this location ever again!

They have a huge seating area. It’s right on Campus and the staff literally doesn’t mind if you buy a coffee and sit there all day and night. It’s almost always pretty quiet, any substantial noise is almost always pretty brief.
