I am truly disappointed an establishment that was built on having fresh donuts and good coffee has lost its luster. I purchased a dozen donuts for my coworkers only to learn that most of the donuts were hard. This was 8:30 am on a Monday.

Went to go in and pick up my usual order, they were out of coffee. Yes you read that right. Your eyes are not deceiving you.

They are always out of something. And the staff always has an attitude. Went there for an interview was 10 mins early. It wasn’t busy and I sat there for 40 mins. When the manager finally came to talk to me I had to go to my other job. This place is extremely unprofessional. I will walk a few block over from now on if I want anything from DD.

They were busy but they didn't give my wife her muffin when she ordered it. She had to go back to the cashier for it. She also had to ask for her drink that was just sitting behind the counter. I also asked for my sandwich on a bagel and was given an english muffin instead. Those were the only three things we ordered...

This site seems to always have an issue. The first issue I experienced was their espresso machine was down after I made the purchase from the app and I had to wait in line for a refund cause several others were also being refunded for espresso. Second I tried to order from the app and my order was rejected but my card was still charged. I tried calling the store to get this rectified but no one answered the phone.

The manager on duty for 12/4 at 450pm has awful customer service, she screamed in the middle of me talking to another employee about how they made my hot drink cold. I asked if I had to order it online, she said no but you’ll have to wait about 10 min and I said that’s fine. Her attitude is totally uncalled for and she should really take some customer service classes since the holiday season will only continue to get busier.

It's Dunkin', and it's a good Dunkin. They handle orders quickly, especially for such a high traffic spot, and they haven't gotten any items wrong yet in any of my 3-4 orders, which are usually whatever the seasonal iced latte is alongside a breakfast sandwich or two. Nothing too complicated, but not a braindead simple order either. The missing star is more about Dunkin in general than this store. If you wanna overpay for a croissantwich, this is your place.

Great Starbucks very nice to have a coffee, in a very cute part of the city. Parking is limited. But if you go before 10 o’clock the chances you’ll get parking are pretty big.

The coffee and the pancakes were awesome and the customer service is really nice nice crew they're hard worker

They got my order wrong the first and only time I've been there. They fixed it, but still inconvenient.
