I wanted to eat at Dunkin donuts for a breakfast sandwich hash browns and hot tea today. I had to send back which I was told to throw away the hash browns because they were burnt and cold. I waited 8 or 10 minutes for new ones. And they were cold too. I should have asked for my money back but I didn't. The sandwich was ok but was too big to put into my mouth. I asked for them to cut it in half for me but was told they don't have knives. The one clerk that waited on me gave me a plastic knife and fork. She was very kind and friendly. My sandwich and hot tea and a donut was the only things that I had at Dunkin donuts. I probably won't be going back there for a while. I'll be going to a different place for breakfast. Dunkin's it ok for donuts but not for breakfast. I do not Recommended for breakfast at all.
I was the only person inside it took forever to get 2 dozen of donuts and 4 coffees. Then a huge line appeared seemed like they were having problems filling orders. It was 25 minutes before I was able to get out of there. Not somewhere I usually stop but I was trying to get donuts for work all the other customers said that it is usually a mess inside there as far as customer service is concerned. They donuts tasted pretty good I asked the lady for a sweet coffee but they did not taste very good they tasted like a regular bland coffee.
Great Place but Always run out of Donuts and Muffins. That's not good considering that it is a Donut and Coffee Shop.
Just. Plain. Nice. There was a misunderstanding, asked for decaf and got regular. No attitude. Just redid my order.

They need to get it together or maybe go for some training at the murrysville location. I went through the drive thru on 11/23/2021 at 3:53pm and ordered a carmel craze and 2 donuts. I could hear the girl ask how to make the drink so I told the girl at the window how I wanted it and she got attitude with me. The drink was still not made right and the girl at the window (Breiana) still had an attitude when I asked her to fix it. She attempted then handed me my drink back and then closed the window and said some inappropriate words. Then when I go to eat my donuts they were not only hard the icing looked terrible.
Sat at drive through for extended period of time. Drove to window and watch 4 staff members ignore the window. Bumped horn..no acknowledgement x3. Blared horn to only be told i would need to wait for a black coffee. What is happening to everyones drive to be positive and productive? Never again Duncan
Long line or cold food. That is our experience. Staff is nice enough.
Honestly just didn't seem like they knew what was going on. I stood at the counter for a solid 10 minutes and got stared at by several employees before the manager finally came out and asked if I wanted to place an order. Just kind of a frustrating experience.
When I order food and it takes an hour to be delivered I’m expecting to have delivered the correct things. My donut order was incorrect and the CHOCOLATE drink I ordered tasted like spoiled vanilla. Very disappointed.
