Donuts taste great and are truly made to order. I was a little frustrated that I arrived 10 minutes early for my pickup and the donuts weren’t ready, but I guess that’s why they keep them fresh. After eating, I will say there is a reason why they don’t make them early. They look amazing when they’re first made, but become a little melty and flat within an hour or so. So eat them quick
The donuts were hot and made to order! We especially loved the maple frosting and bacon crumbles donut. The service was quick and pleasant!
On a scale of romances to documentaries, Duck Donuts is a choose your own adventure novel.Welcome to cake donuts a million different ways! You choose your toppings, and they make the donuts fresh. This was a delicious experience, and I highly recommend if you're near South Hills Village Mall.
Seriously the best donuts around. The photo is blurry because I was too excited to eat them after getting home
Great service customized to your needs. This store always reminds me why we need more locations in the PGH area. Best donuts in town.
Ducks Donuts really made tasty donuts, I bought a dozen assorted to my office and they were gone fast. It is really warm and fresh. However, when I went today it was only accepting cash. As much as I love their smile, which was great, but they weren't wearing a mask. That's fine too regardless of COVID, but the two ladies try to catch up early in the morning and talk while they are making the donuts without a mask which I'm a little off. I hope they can wear a mask while making donuts so they can keep talking without contaminating the donuts. But anyhow, I will go back for more donuts. Thank you.
Simply delicious! I clearly don't see where these negative comments are coming from. I wholeheartedly believe that you can't please everyone in today's society! Don't let the Karens and Kens stop you from trying this place out!! Trust me, I know food of all types, and I've been a google guide for over 7 years. Duck Donuts Pittsburgh is good; A must try if you've never experienced a Duck Donuts. So things you need to know before you stop in.1) Be prepared to wait! These are freshly made to order Donuts, and greatness takes time! Weekend mornings, you're definitely gonna wait! Try ordering ahead if possible.2)The flavor combinations are endless! I suggest going to the website prior to arrival to see the menu and have some idea of what you want when you get there. This may help move the line along faster. Though the staff are very helpful at the counter if you're undecided.3)Don't be a douche and order more than 2 dozen as a walk in.......order ahead! The staff and customers in line will be thankful!4)The shop is small, not much room to wait. With that being said, don't bring the whole family in when its busy. I know that everyone wants to see whats going on, but society hates large groups these days. Best to bring the kids during slower times so they can actually see things being made. That's just a few tips to make your experience as best as it can be.These Donuts are so fresh, you'll want to slap them! Hot, fluffy and the topping are not too sweet! The shop was clean and the staff were awesome. (And there are peanut allergy warning signs posted)Give this place a try, and don't mind the negative comments here. Be an individual and form your own opinion. Oh, and buy a rubber duck at the register!!I'll definitely be back!
Really good donuts. Pick the type of donut that you want and it’s freshly made and then the toppings are put on the donut. The donut and the toppings are both fresh and it’s an exciting way to eat a doughnut. And it beets the pants off a Dunkin’ Donuts
Duck Donuts hires the friendliest people to work for them. The donuts are fresh, delicious and served with a smile.
Customer service was excellent first thing in the morning however my office and myself were disappointed to find out our breakfast sandwiches were not made with donuts as the website states, but instead English muffins.
