We stopped here to eat around 8pm on a Saturday night (the restaurant was empty with maybe 3 tables in use) waited 10 minutes just to get a table once we were sat we were handed menus and ordered drinks took about 5 to 7 minutes to get the drinks we ordered and waited another 15-20 for the food grand slam and pancake puppies. Never got any refills on the drinks even though our cups sat empty saw our actual waiter all the more of 2 times, I tried to wave a different waiter down but he decided answering his phone call was more important than a customer. Finally had to wave down the waitress at a different table and got boxes and our checks when I went to pay I had to wait another 5-7minutes to pay the bill when I complained they did take $2 off my bill but I don't think I will be coming back to this Denny's. Which is quite disappointing because I grew up across the train tracks from here and loved going to Denny's growing up but it has changed quite alot since then apparently.
I’m pregnant and was hungry at 1am. A friend picked me up and we drove 40 minutes to the only open dennys. At the end of the meal I got a mouth full of strawberries from my WATER because the cup wasn’t clean and unfortunately I didn’t notice until I had finished the drink. Needless to say I’ll be checking cups now any time I’m out. The way the manager handled the situation was horrible. $4 off the bill and asked if I wanted anything and for her to personally make it and she’ll be honest she “shows the know how that happened. It might not have been washed”. After drinking out a dirty cup no thanks. I’m gonna go home and pretend that didn’t happen and hope I don’t get sick . If I happen to get sick I’m coming for your job. Then I’m gonna apply for your job and take it. I’m a GM of a restaurant and we’re short staffed as well. That is totally unacceptable and I am extremely disgusted with the situation. Shame on you.
This is one of a few local to me and it is by far the cleanest and nicest ones around. The staff are very nice and their food is always good. It's one thing to get good food but it's another for the food to be consistent..Whether you go for breakfast, lunch, dinner or early in the am your akwsys treated well and fed.
My pap and I stopped here before driving home (2.5 hours) He ordered coffee. It came out cold and the cup was DIRTY! You can tell it wasn't even ran through the dishwasher. We had no ketchup, no silverware, no salt. A waitress seated a family and took them to a table that was filthy, they had some random guy come in wrapping silverware. Just wasn't a pleasant experience. I love Denny's, but not this one. I don't think I will return! Lol
I had the New Fruity Pancakes with eggs, bacon & hash browns. It was delicious and satisfying. Restaurant was clean as well as the women's restroom.
Food and service are great! We love eating here in the morning for breakfast and every time it's been consistently good! Best one I've been to!
Ordered Take out for my fiance ,3 children , and myself. Was told 10 -15 min waited over 30 which would have been fine but the food was under cooked, fries were cold and soggy and my daughters broccoli was just thrown ontop of her chicken tenders and fries with no care. Went back in to ask for fresh fries not even full redo on our under done food the manager ignored us until we said something to her and ended up waiting another 30 min. Customer service sucked , rude employees who seem to not care seemed under paid and didnt want to be there ... Only 1 male employee who took our order originally was decent with manners. Wouldn't Recommend anyone spend their money at this location.
Our glasses were chipped and were absolutely dirty!! Waitresses weren’t interested at all so we didn’t bother complaining. The food was probably the best part but even that was thrown together. In and out, won’t be back.
Dennys is the perfect place for breakfast; ?,?,?, ,?, , ,?and hot coffee, ☕️ no one else can even come close to serving you the perfect order when it's still hot!!There are ample Handicap ♿️ parking spaces available. And the front doors are wide enough for a wheelchair and a walker to fit through!! ?
This Denny's has the nicest staff! Everyone is friendly warm and welcoming. I stop in often with my Granddaughter and she loves it here, the staff is so nice to her filled with smiles for her. The food is good and follow up with us is great. The establishment is clean and the ladies bathroom is as well. They have a machine filled with stuffed animals after eating we always play the game. Sometimes we win mostly not though! Our waitress played a few times and won! She gave the stuffed animal to my Granddaughter and it made her day ?
