Wonderful coffee- as good as it was 20 years ago when Denny’s was a must for late night snacks and cramming for exams.

This Denny's is best Denny's I been to. Starting from the warm welcome we received to the food and service. Dhiraj is such a gem of person he is professional and courteous. Our server don't recall the name she was awesome as well. I will be back whenever I'm in town. Thank you team Denny's.

I am not someone to complain ever but our dining experience today was atrocious. We went and were sat immediately. It took 15 minutes for someone to come to the table for our order. We ordered our drinks, food, and appetizer all at once. Eventually our nacho appetizer came (from another waitress) and we still did not get our drinks. Then our food came out (again from other waitress) and still no drinks. We asked another employee for them and waitress finally delivered us the WRONG drinks. No one came to check on us, offered us refills, or see if we needed anything. My husband even had to go to the bathroom to bring us napkins to wipe our hands. We had been done eating for over 15 minutes before be given our bill after stating our need for refill multiple times in front of employees. The manager had to audacity to say he didn’t know we weren’t taken care of after multiple complaints were made.

I'm only giving two stars because the last time I came here the service was great. Today no so good. Our server and other servers are standing around. While we wait to order our meals. Waited 10 mins. Our starters came before we could order our food. We got no napkins when we had ordered nachos. I couldn't find our server anywhere. Then she came in from outside where she was smoking a cigarette. I tried to get attention of another server and she looked right at me and turned her head and stood in the group of servers who were all standing around. Doing nothing. There is one girl who is checking on her own tables. I wish we had her. I also needed sugar for my coffee and it never came so I paid for coffee that I couldn't even drink. Then we waited for 25 mins after the apps came for our actual meals. This is very disappointing. Hopefully management can get the service to be a bit better. And the food quality is very poor. Our fries were undercooked. The burger looked like someone chewed it up and spit it out. Now after having our food we will definitely not be going back

They do have really good hash browns when they are crispy and their pancakes an onion rings are really good too. But they got rid of their birthday deal and understand during the pandemic not as many people going

I appreciated the many gluten free menu choices. And our waitperson was helpful and friendly.

Denny’s Out North Hills. First off my waitress gave me my bill after 20 min wait-simple glam slam bacon well well done (requested). But I never got the food ? 5 min later she came back and was like you never got your order. Plate comes, BACON half cooked-and was offered to microwave the bacon to crisp..the potatoes (hash browns) WERE RAW-never even got a cup of water. Maybe because it was just me?

Tonight was by far the WORST experience I have ever had at any restaurant. We walked in around 8pm, there was a sign on the door that they were short staffed and open until 9:30p for dine in and until 11pm for take out orders. We entered being it was 8pm and the sign said 930p they will close. We waited at the host station and a COOK stood and looked at us for maybe a few minutes before coming over. He didn't ask how many, he didn't ask anything. He grabbed two menus and silv

Thank you very much for a great Thanksgiving holiday experience. In spite of labor shortages, this crew managed the restaurant incredible, the food was all cooked perfect, and the service was wonderful.

It was a very busy morning, on Veterans Day, and I know many restaurants are experiencing staffing shortages but two things really bothered me. First, an elderly man, wearing a WWII hat, held the door open for a young family and the manager took the name of the family and just completely ignored the Veteran, who was alone. After 5 minutes, we were seated and we then told the manager the Veteran had not been helped yet. Second, the staff were constantly bickering with one another, especially between wait staff and cooks. I know busy times can bring out the worst in any of us but attitude is everything and attitudes here stink. While there was a clear brand standard, with the food being very consistent in portion size, quality, and taste, we had to ask for many things the server forgot. We ordered pancakes but had to ask for syrup, ordered fruit and it was not on the tray and we had to ask for it, and ordered biscuits and gravy and were served the gravy without the biscuits. We did ask for them and the cooks argued with the server over it and they ended up microwaving them. Microwaved biscuits are gummy and disgusting. The bathroom had a long piece of toilet paper, with poo all over it, laying right in the middle of the floor. Our server did refill our coffees frequently, although it was almost the worst coffee I've ever had. I love a good Denny's restaurant but I will never return to this one.
