I think we had the worst experience here with service during this staff shortage! We are very patient with the current situation the restaurants are having, but Alex the waiter just crapped the bed all around! Waited for 45 mins for him to come back to the table to say oh I’ll bring your check right out!?!?! What do you mean you’re going to bring our check, we didn’t even get our food that we ordered 40mins ago! Some simple breakfast food and a burger! So if you go to this dennys avoid this kids section at all cost! I could of been to the grocery store up the street and got our food faster! Not the kitchens fault just this scattered brain kid!!!

I would like to thank all the wait staff, hostesses, cooks and other restaurant help at the Greentree Denny's. My parents Larry and Helen Eaton eat there practically every day because you all treat them so well. You are the bright spot of their day. I just want to let you know your kindness and care expressed to my parents is greatly appreciated.

The portion is too small, the waiter forgot again to give me the dinner bread.

I love coming here. Even being understaffed, everyone is always friendly and on top of things. Hearing the staff talk to each other is entertaining. Very comfortable setting.

I still like Dennys it has a old time feel to it, it really is like one of our Diners but only a franchise. They got a large menu to choose from and the food is good - especially their pancakes! I was surprised, I didn't remember them being so good! There was a longer than usual wait for our food, it seemed like they were down a cook.

Arrived shortly before noon with my grandson and a friend. My grandson was starving as we had been looking for a place to eat for almost 2 hours. This was the only place in town that didn't have a wait at the door. So we happily took our seats and I asked immediately if I could place my grandson's order. The waiter took our order and disappeared. We didn't see him for about 20 minutes. He came back brought two of our drinks and disappeared again another 30 minutes. By this time I asked him for an ETA all my grandson's meal if he would be able to take our order anytime soon. He apologized and said that they only had one cook if they were running behind but he would check on my grandsons meal. Another 15 minutes went by and I finally went to the kitchen window and asked for his meal. When they confirmed it was sitting in the window I've liked the way you're done asked him to please bring it to the table. About five minutes later he did bring it. The plate was scalding hot but the food on it was cold. He finally took our orders and we had the flag him down almost 40 minutes later to try and get a refill on our coffee. By this point over an hour and 40 minutes had passed by the time we entered and placed our order. I asked him again for an ETA on our food. He said he wasn't sure but he would check. 10 minutes later I walked up to the window it asked him to see if our meals were there. They were not. So I flagged the waiter down again and he said he didn't understand how but somehow our orders had been quotation marks blown out of the system end quotation marks. He said he would place the order now it would get our food in 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes went by and we were leaving. My grandson took a few bites out of his sandwich. He never received his drink and we'd had one cup of coffee in all the time that we spent there. When I told the waiter I was leaving I've had enough he brought me a check for $19 and some change. I handed him the check and told him I expected him to comp my grandson sandwich and to take off to drink which he never received. We should have left a check for two cups of coffee which is all we got while we were there. He never brought the check and we left. This was my second bad experience at this Denny's. I will never go there again I advise you it's worth the wait at the Pancake House or anywhere else if you plan on eating in a reasonable amount of time. Avoid this place at all costs!

Service was excellent. Food was delicious with generous portions. Took away one star due to cleanliness and cracks in booth seat

I love Denny's but I can in on Sat around 11am. Waited at the door for 10min no one greeted me. They were totally backed up on takeout orders and ignored the people waiting. There were a ton of tables opened yet no one was being sat. When I asked the manager why we were not being seated they told me it was first come first serve. Denny's is a sit down restaurant I go there to sit and eat. If you do not have the staff to full fill both your online orders and serve your customers coming in the door than you need to shut down online until you get the correct aàamount of help I will not be going back until this issue is fixed. Also believe me I understand short handedness but if you concentrate on one side of the Business this would not be such an issue.P.s.

I normally love this place, go here all the time. I returned from a business trip around 11:20pm and was hungry after driving all day. I walked into the Greentree Dennys around 11:40pm. I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to place my order to go. I wasn't even acknowledged until 11:55pm when I was asked by somone behind the counter "Are you signing in?" I said "No, I'd like to place an order to go.""Oh.", said the guy behind the counter. Doesn't say anything to me the next 5 minutes. Finally at 12:02am guy behind the counter informs me the kitchen is closed at 12....after I waited there for 20 minutes. It was a late night for all of us buddy, stop complaining about your job and just do it.

The waitress was very warm and wonderful. Denny's is a very comfortable atmosphere with everyone enjoying themselves. We have gone here for Christmas and Thanksgiving.
