I really like this breakfast place! I call it a breakfast place because I've only ever been there for breakfast, and honestly I'm not even sure if they serve other types of food... but for breakfast it's great. Pictured here is a bacon and cheese omelet and it was PACKED with bacon! Highly recommend.
DeLuca’s is an amazing diner experience. For me, it may very well rank up there with the best ever. The menu is all over the place and the food is outstanding, as is the service. Quite the buzz atmosphere as well. You can’t go wrong here. Highly recommended!
I've been wanting to visit here since I learned about them in 2019. I'm glad they are still open. Quick and friendly service. I was amazed with how big the portions were for the price. Definitely recommend this place. Please keep in mind, it's cash only. Luckily, there's an ATM right near the restaurant near the souvenir shop.
Food was delicious. Went on a Sunday morning at 9am and we sat right down without a wait. Ordered the steel city breakfast and you get a ton of food for 13 dollars! Everything was perfectly but simply executed. (Good ol’ homestyle breakfast)..Their sausage was delicious. The waffle had a funnel cake type of flavor. The pancakes were HUGE. The waitress was so nice and she hopped between tables efficiently and did her thing! Cash only. Helps them keep the prices down.
good location, good price for the location
My wife called to the Strip District Store and asked about the Robinson store if it was open and the girl that answered the phone said What I dont know and hung up. I took my business to Moes
We love coming here. The portion sizes do not disappoint! If visiting, remember, they're only open until 2 pm, so get there early and remember, they're a cash only business, no credit cards! Breakfast is awesome! We've always gone early and enjoyed a huge breakfast, then spent the day walking it off visiting all the shops and businesses that surround DeLuca's. The pancakes are very sweet, almost a dessert. Try their breakfast burrito, also good, add the Spanish sauce with some sour cream. Nothing but good things to say about the staff as well. They work hard and hustle to get the food out and to your table.
I love this small restaurant that is located in the Strip District of Pittsburgh. Well known for their specialty breakfasts. We arrived on a Saturday around 8:30 am and there were plenty of seats, but by 9am the place was jam-packed. Their service was quick, and the food was hot and fantastic. This is one of our regular stops for breakfast when we visit Downtown Pittsburgh. Parking can get a bit challenging, but as long as you don't mind walking a few blocks, you will be fine.I had waffles topped with fresh strawberries and topped off with whip cream on top.
HUGE portions. Good food "esp the sausage" also has some of the best coffee around. Only draw backs are the long wait times to get a seat, and the parking is meters only and heavily patrolled.Still the best place around for breakfast in Pittsburgh
We absolutely love Deluca's Diner! The food is delicious. This visit I had them box up what I didn't eat. As we were walking to our car we passed a homeless woman in a wheelchair. I passed the food I had boxed up to eat later onto her. She was very excited and grateful. It made me feel so good that both of our bellies were full that day. Thank you, DeLuca's! ❤️
