I was so oblivious to the signs everywhere that said “cash only”. She was so sweet and offered to pay for it. Luckily there was a bank nearby. The espresso is delicious. Tastes like real espresso; it’s strong brewed unlike other coffee shops which can sometimes taste watered down. Great service, great atmosphere, and great coffee!!! I got the pistachio latte.

Love it there!! I was visiting and wanted to go somewhere local. This was the perfect place! Marianne has run this shop for 10 years, had local beans for sale she grinded for us, also the shop had other products for sale by local artists and vendors. Also the drinks were delicious. Highly recommend and will go back whenever I visit.
A nice little coffee shop in the area. It is CASH ONLY at the time, but if you have a few bucks and want something warm I'd recommend it.
The owner was very rude and the service was bare minimum. I would not recommend the Dancing Bean to anyone.
I bought some beans Marianne had roasted, the Mediterranean Blend. I have never had a better cup of coffee. It was rich and aromatic and full of flavor. I also appreciate her commitment to local small businesses. Her shop is filled with items made by other businesses located in the surrounding area.

I love this little local coffee shop at Caste Village in Whitehall! The owner provides a warm personal touch along with a very good latté and great service. She knows your name and remembers your drink! She also offers a nice variety of tasty treats, tea, coffee and chocolate gifts from local businesses, and makes creative gift baskets as well. Maryanne takes safe Covid-19 precautions seriously, and I'm grateful for that!
This is such a wonderful LOCAL coffee shop! Every chance I have, I get my coffee here. Owner has been roasting beans for, I think she’s told me, 30+ years. She will educate you if you ask! Forget Starbucks; get yourself the real thing with a personal touch in this Caste Village favorite!
Not a friendly environment. Will not return as there is a Panera's right next door.
