Such a great spot in downtown Pittsburgh located right next to Point Park's campus. They'll even give you a discount if you show your Point Park ID! Super fresh and tasty food, love that they have vegan options ! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend !
Stopped in for a quick lunch ...limited sandwich options.Had a poached pear grilled cheese...the cheese was not melted at all. Only ate half, which got me through the day.
Food is great with a large variety of grab and go and freshly prepared items from the case.
It's fine if you want to use kiosks instead of cashiers. But, a lot of us haven't been downtown since pre-Covid; we are not familiar with your changes.I was the ONLY customer waiting patiently at the register while the barista stocked items. Other customers came in and she greeted them, made their order, and they left. She went back to stocking without saying a word to me. Another employee brought my food out a few minutes later and I asked him for a coffee. The barista reprimanded me for not using the kiosk and acted like she was doing me a favor by ringing me up at the register. I pointed out that she could have said that earlier instead of ignoring me. The other employee let me order food the same way I used to - not one mention of the kiosks. I don't see what she gained by choosing to be rude.
This is by far my favorite lunch spot downtown! Quick and fresh, healthy food at reasonable prices AND friendly staff! I love the new kiosk to order too!

Purchased a bacon burrito...next to no bacon in it. I dont reccomend this food to anyone. Go to, Cheri's!

The Corner Mercantile was a nice destination to stop at especially if you are new to the area, the staff was very friendly and favorable... my only complaint is that the food isn't really mind blowing, but they have a lot if easy and quick lunch and breakfast grab and go items to cater to the working class, so I would stop by again if I need something quick and not want to spend my money at...Mcdonalds
