The one girl working there was so rude!! I walked in and asked if they had Apple Pay because I didn’t have my wallet and she looked at the register and rolled her eyes at me and said “ya”. I then ordered an iced coffee with almond milk and vanilla. The coffee was given to me black ! And the girl was like you want cream? I paid an extra dollar for it and no milk was in sight !!! Then my boyfriend asked for an espresso drink and the girl was like “well do you even know what that is before I make it?” UM. UR KIDDING. If you don’t want to work in customer service then don’t. There was no need to be rude. I will not be coming back! That girl is LUCKY I was the bigger person and left a tip.
First of all, a small chai latte with oat milk costed $6, I could get a large version of that at any other coffee place, secondly, it was the worst chai latte I have ever had, I had to dump it out it was disgusting, thirdly, I don’t even think they made it properly? I didn’t hear the milk being steamed and they had it out to me in like 30 seconds, which it should take around a minute and a half to make.
Great coffee and good vibes
I have consistently experienced fast friendly service and good coffee. The Folksy, their house brew, is a solid coffee and they always have a second option. Also has a nice atmosphere to sit in the soft seats in the back or one of the tables outside.

I am baffled by the post about the ‘cheap plastic cups’ with lids that don’t fit. I’ve been getting to-go coffee at Convive, weekly, for nearly two years. .The cups are standard paper/cardboard to-go cups, and I have NOT ONCE had any issue with the tops not fitting….
Your cups are cheap plastic with lids that don’t sit on the cop. Great atmosphere, great employees, great coffee but most of it spilt all over my car. If I actually tipped the cup of coffee the lid would have fell off on top of me it was that close to falling off at all times. Please consider.
Really enjoy there coffee and have loved this place but super annoyed they implemented this online ordering system only to discontinue it unannounced. Now I have funds and pointed that can’t be used.
