The place is usually full / packed. They have seating in the upper level also. The food is great, you can choose from a list of tacos or customize or make your own. Apart from the regular salsa and guacamole dips for chips they have some limited time dips like roasted corn dips. They have several vegetarian and vegan options. Will certainly recommend for some good tacos and margaritas.

utterly delicious taco. The heater is up there in my top three tacos of all time. I'm always on the hunt for a delicious taco, and this one is in the books. Top three: Mad taco in College station Texas, This place, and then the taco stand in Portland Texas. I can't wait to go back here. Definitely a millennial feel and the queso and tacos are top tier quality

Went for dinner before a Jim Gaffigan comedy show and it was great. Our server recommended what she thought we woulduld like and explained the menu and was very good at her job. Loved all the art and music playing. We didn't wait on a table or our food. Highly recommend

I’ve been here a few times and today was my best experience so far. Their menus (updated since the last time I was here in person, which has been a while!) are organized nicely to explain the different options well. They have something for everyone. Definitely not authentic, but I love whatever hipster taco style this is. I got the Korean BBQ tacos this time and it was great!

Lucy's Fire was good but Bad Habit was gross took one bite and that was it for me. Not for me or my taste buds. Then the service was horrible. I'm not sure what it was but I was with a friend and our drinks were low the server didn't check on us like he checked on those around us. When he did come check on us he only refilled my friend's drink and not mine. Didn't bother speaking to me at all only spoke to my guy friend. So yeah never going back.

Pinned this place to try out in Pittsburgh this go around and it did not disappoint. Had a Avocado sauce/Kale based bowl with well seasoned ground beef. Smoked queso was dope. Definitely worth it. ?

Awesome tacos! You order them individually so you can try multiple different ones. They are a bit expensive that way, but they're worth it. The bartender was super helpful in explaining the menu. Convenient location right across the street from the Westin, federal building, and convention center. Definitely a must-try.

The tacos were delicious! I am a vegatarian and tried all the veg options and there were all amazing! Have been back many times and will continue to visit. The service is also great. Only thing is they have the a/c on a little too high, if you are under a vent you need a sweater and your food gets cold quickly.

This restaurant seem to be geared towards the extremely hip and the very young. I’m in my early 40s and I was one of the oldest people in the restaurant. Everyone else around me was in their early 20s and they were all dressed exactly the same. They seem to be hipsters or pseudo hipsters I couldn’t really tell. But this seems to be the clientele of this particular establishment. The restaurant itself actually has very limited seating space, but it covers two floors with the lower floor being the bar area. The tables themselves are really small and it was difficult to eat at the table because it was so tiny. In addition, despite the hipster ambience the food itself is actually humble and low-key. The food itself was really boring. The tacos were not novel in their iterations and they seem to focus on spice and less on flavor and the spice wasn’t spicy it was just heat. The taco that I had was boring and it didn’t really have much flavor, it was just hot. I will caution that most of the tacos here are extremely hot and if you cannot tolerate spicy food don’t eat here. I personally love very spicy food and for me even the heat was not that hot. The white queso was actually not white queso that we ordered for an appetizer it was simply just queso with some jalapeños thrown in it. The food here is mundane and boring. I don’t think I would return to this location and as this is a national chain based on my experience here I’m not sure I’m gonna return to another one. As for service, the service that I received was tepid at best. I can’t really recommend this restaurant for those seeking a good meal. If you’re looking for a quick dinner that’s not really going to challenge your pallet then this is the place to go.

The service and atmosphere was good but the food was nothing special. I probably would choose something more authentic.
