Great coffee in a great location with great folks. FYI - If you enjoyed their food before, they've started outsourcing. The *bomb* veggie breakfast sandwich they used to have is gone, and the replacement is just two dry, burnt pieces of toast with an egg patty in between and a little cheese. No veg, no spread... just make your own at home. Still great coffee, but a legendary sandwich is dead :(
Tiny place, big win. Pastries are delightful and in addition to a whole line of coffees, teas, and other beverages, they offer Pittsburgh Juice(s). The staff are friendly, thr space is welcoming, and the regulars are always happy to share a table.
This place is just awesome! The coffee is SO good! And the people who work there are great. Kind and friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Friendly staff,clean,great coffee,no negatives at all ..and the little park across the street is perfect for a sit down in nice weather ..
I want to love this place. It has all the elements to. Great neighborhood. Nice inside space to enjoy. Interesting seating space I found comfortable to sit on at least. Dreadful music not to my liking but hey you can't please everyone. On my most recent visit I got just a cup of brewed java. The last of the lot. No idea how long it had been sitting there. Bitter. Couldn't drink but half a cup. Mentioned it to the person who served me, no response other than a chuckle. Where's the customer service? No offer to fix it up or did I want another. Nothing. I think I'll be heading down the road in the future for a cuppa with that attitude.
A delightful little spot. I’m always able to get in and out fairly quickly, even during a rush. The staff is great. The atmosphere is lovely and I enjoy that they feature local art. I get matcha lattes and they’re always delicious!
Tom's of incredible options. The oak latte was my favorite thing we had, but we also had many other coffees and teas that were fantastic. Service was terrific too!
Friendly people own the place and work here. Great espresso and the one baked good I've had (blueberry muffin) should receive an award.
Commonplace is a low-key example of truly amazing coffee.
