Website says they are open until 10 but they were not open when we arrived at 9:45. No one was inside, doors were locked. Really bummed out we couldn't get ice cream today, we normally would have enjoyed it!
People in line ordering, arrived at 8:48pm with a sign on the door stating the hours of operation are until 10pm. This was also confirmed with Google. Upon entering, a somewhat annoyed server informed us that they’ve actually been closed for sometime, but she has yet to lock the door and she would not be serving us. I’m shocked the tip jar had anything in it. She must have needed to head out for Friday night. Also, we watched about 4 others get turned away and look at the sign on the door and check their phones. Crazy and horrible customer service.
The ice cream is good and i give major kudos to the young man working there by himself i dont know if this store is franchised or what if so the owner should be ashamed to have an employee being swamped by there self
False advertising. The website and door signs say open til 10 but they must just close whenever they want. Thanks for wasting gas
The girl working Friday January 7th had the worst attitude ever. I’ve been coming here fir a while and this was by far the worst experience.
Wow… I’ve been to this location three times. The first visit was awful and somehow it’s gotten progressively worse. Two stars because at least the ice cream was good, but everything else about the experience isn’t even worth writing about. Will not return again.
Went here today at 9:48pm. They close at 10 and when we walked inside we stood there for 2 minutes in line and then another group walked in behind us. The man behind the counter making ice cream then said we closed and only the people in front of us could get served because they were there before they closed. Remember they close at 10 so they were still open at 9:50pm. They even had the open sign still on and door unlocked as pictured here with lots of people still inside.
I walked into the store at 9:10 witnessing a person having an order done only to be told the store was closed. I understand if your store closes at 9 but you should have the Door closed. And its one thing if you stay til 9;05 but not 9:10 and working on someone else's order to turn people down.

Wouldnt buy again. I ordered a big order with my family after being out all day. Because they want you to pay first before getting your food all of our orders were mixed up. You couldnt tell what was what and whos was whos. I mean they couldve written something on the bottom of the bowls so we knew what was what. It caused so much unnecessary annoyance. My first time buying and it was stupid.
