On consecutive visits, looking to purchase a Smoothie, the shop was out of ice, and then powder mix. The employees only seemed perturbed by my request, as if I were putting them out. They also didn’t bother changing plastic gloves after handing cash
The new guys need training because the presentation of the ice cream is important everything comes in sight and do not take a picture but please, always a smile and be active towards the customer as well. When we entered it seemed a deserted place there was no one attentive in the place until we called saying Hello.
Service is great, ice cream is even better.
Employees were annoyed I walked in. We tried talking with them, but they completely ignored me and my kids. Ice cream dripping down the sides of the cup and I had to clean it up before I took them off the counter. Again, they were annoyed. Never again ?? at this location.

I’ve gone here in 2020 and 2021 and every time I go there is no waffle cones or bowls, which is a huge reason why I go at all. The cleanliness is sub-par but the staff was friendly. Very disappointed at my experiences at this location though I’ve had great experience at other locations.
I’ve cream quality is really going down.Cotton candy I got today quite literally tasted freezer burned.Then it was almost clumpy ?I really wish I’d gone just a mile or two towards Bloomfield and went to Baskin Robins. Waste of money.
I love cold stone it is an amazing Ice Cream shop I like the variety and new flavors coming out often.

I tried to place a cake order in person a week before I needed it and neither person working was willing to take the order. One just arrived for a shift and basically his in the back. The other was counting the cash drawer to end a shift and didn't care at all. So against my better judgement, I placed an order online 7 days before I needed it. Unsurprisingly, they had no clue and couldn't produce a cake when I arrived at the set time. Additionally, that store is not clean. There are dried ice cream drips and crumbs all over the register area, back counter, and premade cake refrigerator. Probably better off finding a last minute alternative for a cake although they had no clue how to process my refund or even who to call to do it.
