This was my grandson’s first visit to Chucky Cheese and it was spectacular. The last time I was there was when I took his mother for her 5th birthday. I was so impressed with our experience and my grandson had an amazing time. He enjoyed meeting new friends, playing any game that caught his attention, running free through the area and he thought the pizza was the best he ever had. The highlight of his visit was when Chucky came around to interact with all of the kids. Our visit was February 20th and he still mentions the thrill of hugging Chucky. I appreciated that Chucky spent the amount of time he did with each child; he was so kind and patient.Because I had not been there in decades, I had plenty of questions and the young man at the counter was knowledgeable, helpful and beyond patient. He explained the policy of the hand stamp, explained the options available with the Chucky Card, the procedures for ordering our food and the prizes for the points. I approached him several times with more questions and he was very helpful. I wish I could remember the young man’s name (young, tall with dark hair) and I hope he is there the next time we go so I can thank him for making our initial visit so memorable. One final comment is about the cleanliness. Everything from the restrooms, the booths, the games and controllers, counters and even the carpets were extremely clean. It was a pleasure being there.

Took 3 grandkids and us 4 adults. Had a good time. Cashier named Aniyah ( I probably spelled her name wrong) was very helpful and professional! Food was good and enjoyed the games. Young man at the entrance was of no help. We didn't sit in the birthday section and the mouse never came over to let us take pictures. Reasonably priced food and games. Will be back

Went for nephews birthday party today. Game area was clean, but some games were not working. ( which is expected ) the real issue is the staff was less than lathargic. When it was time for Chuck'E to come out to dance and sing, Chuck'E and the female staff members doing the party looked like they couldn't be bothered. Although there was a staff member who I believe might have been the manage he had glasses and a beard who looked like he wanted to be a part of the party. Which the parents were appreciative of. I get its not a very sought after job for some, but Chuck'E and the female party host couldve at least pretended to enjoy their job for the 5 minutes they had to be apart of the party. For a 5 year old who was excited as hell to be there for his birthday, all staffs enthusiasm was lack luster. Will look for other entertainment for future birthdays.

My kiddo had a great time. Food was fresh, and most games and rides were in working order. The bathrooms were dirty. Nobody checked hand stamps at the exit.

Wonderful service and not too crowded so your kid will have a chance to enjoy all the activities and beer for parents yay

A few of the games were broken or malfunctioning. The pizza and pizza were served right after the other. Took forever to get food and drinks. Food wasnt great and flavor was out of the mountain dew

This was an eye opener for me.This play area was clean, everything was working and the games kept the kids busy for hours. The food was served quick and met the appetite for the kids.Overall I didn't expect much but for a kids play zone and food area, you won't be disappointed. For $25 your kids can play games for an hour and earn tickets towards prizes. Makes life even easier.

We had my son’s 6th birthday there and it was great. All the kids had a great time. And the staff were great. I would recommend.

We had a fun time!!!! My favorite place to go when my daughter want to go to chuck e cheese

G-babies loved playing all the games and all the different types of pizza and the favorite part was being able to take pictures in a kids booth
