If I could rate 0 stars I would. The chips are so stale they are bendy. Staff is so extremely slow paced. The entire kitchen area as well as seating area is a dirty, messy disaster. Chicken was so burnt that it looked like black tar. The last couples times I came here they’ve had no vinaigrette. You also have to repeat what you want 10 times for them to get your order right. I don’t know what’s wrong with this chipotle but it’s absolutely the worst one I’ve ever been to in my entire life.
From the previous reviews it seems like I am not alone in my negative feelings for this location. This is the first time I could not finish my burrito bowl. We ordered for delivery and I got a steak bowl. As I began to eat it, I noticed something tasted off. I found out the culprit by eating each ingredient by itself. I figured out it was the rice. I know that Chipotle is known for their rice containing lime and cilantro, but the amount of lime in this made the rice almost inedible. They added so much lime that anytime I took a bite I was met with this extremely tart taste every time. My husband and I tried to counteract it by adding more sour cream and chipotle sauce, but nothing worked. Whoever is in charge of making their rice needs to take it easy on the limes.
Customer service is the reason you got 3 stars! The employees are wonderful. For peak hours you need someone that only works the dining area. There is never a clean table. My visit today was at 3:00, no one was in line, two customers in the dining room and not one clean table to sit at. Management should focus on reviews and correct these issues. We can say everyone is short staffed, but while sitting here after cleaning my own table there were a few employees that could of wiped tables that seemed to be looking for something to do. I won’t stop coming here, but will do takeout only from now on unless I see change.
Ordered vegetarian, got a vegan. And had 8 people come in while waiting to be told they were out of chicken, who left without anything, had a manager tell a worker to just stop and everyone left the food line.
Always out of fajita veggies. If there were other ingredients to choose from, it wouldn’t be such a big deal. They have nothing else like it. I stopped ordering catering because it’s not worth the risk anymore. Quality and portions are always lacking.
Always out of stuff, rude staff, once waited for over 10 minutes just to be cashed out, while all the staff just stared at me, and every time I tell them what I want on my bowl, they don't listen and just put something else. This place is also always a mess. The counters, tables and floors are filthy and it doesn't seem that the staff cares at all to do anything but stand around and talk instead of doing their job. I LOVE chipotle as a whole, but I go almost 15 miles out of my way to avoid this location, so that can speak for itself. Meat is also always either dry, or fatty. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Literally any other location is better
Every online order is wrong I order light rice I get more rice then in ever had they don't pay no attention to the online orders every one I get is always messed up and I'm tired of spending money for the wrong orders never again My EXTRA CHEESE and LIGHT rice bowl
Ordered pick up from this location via the app. Every item in our meal was ice cold, almost as though it was assembled with cold ingredients, including the meat, despite the fact that we had to wait for the order to be complete 15 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. You’d think it would have to be warm in that case. I was given a small, half full plastic ramekin of quad even though I paid over $5 for a large guac. To top it all they gave us a half rotten halo for our kids meal side. Totally unacceptable, this location should just close at this point.
This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to, and I love Chipotle. As we were in line ordering, we were informed that they were out of cheese… no big deal, but it is how it was handled that was very unprofessional. We asked for queso instead and assumed we wouldn’t be up charged. At the register, we double checked that the queso would be at no charge. The employee called the manager over, who was also very young. Right away, she was very defensive and loudly told us that “there are only 2 hours until closing and she’d have to thaw and grate the cheese and that’s a morning job”. She then proceeded to say that giving it at no charge is bad for their numbers… all of this with her mask down below her mouth. As we were eating in the restaurant, we heard an employee yell, “we are out of cheese and white rice and you will be up charged for queso!”
I had placed an order for myself and my employees inside the restaurant. The staff was very rude, simply because my order was longer. The woman making my food literally told me I was on her nerves for having such a long order and was yelling at me saying “do you want queso!!??” What do you want hurry up!” Then every meal made was wrong. No guacamole. Had she spent more time listening to me instead of being mad my order was wrong this probably would not have happened. I am very very upset over how I was treated as a paying customer and I will never eat at this location again.
