Probably the worst chipotle I have ever been to across several states. I've waited for online orders 40 minutes past their due time. Serving sizes are terrible even when you ask for extra and food quality is extremely inconsistent. On top of that their dining room usually has trash all over the ground and the garbage cans are always overflowing.
This spot is extremely slow, always behind and the staff don't seemed to concerned about customers. I've placed multiple pickup orders and they've always been 30 minutes behind. one was a catering order and nothing was prepared at the pickup time. Sit down isn't bad if you have a lot of time. Every other location I've been to is more efficient and staff more friendly.
By far the worst Chipotle franchise ever and it somehow seems to get worse every time I go.The past two times I ordered online using the app and my order was 20 to 30 minutes late. This time I figured I would just go inside and place my order live because it seems to be the quicker option.The dining room was pretty dirty and the music was so loud I thought I was at the club for a second. They seemed to be fully staffed but no joke every single employee was moving in slow motion and not communicating with each other at all. They all seriously looked like it was the last place they would want to be ever.I waited in line for about 10 minutes and after taking everything in combined with the fact that the line wasn't really moving I decided to leave.I ended up ordering Chick-fil-A even though I wasn't in the mood for it and the experience was 100% different. My order was ready on time the dining room was super clean and all their employees seemed genuinely happy to be there and were working well together and communicating with each other. This was definitely my third strike for this Chipotle and I won't ever be going back which sucks because I love Chipotle.
Legitimately the worst Chipotle experience ever. Online orders backed up 30+ minutes, but that's not even the worst part. When you finally get home to eat, the portion is 1/4 the size it should be and won't fill you up. Don't order a soft drink, because you'll be given a water cup and charged $2.50 for it because they're out of regular size cups. Employees look like they have lead in their shoes with zero sense of urgency. So hit or miss at this location, today mobile ordering was pointless and I would have received my food quicker had I just walked in and ordered.
I went at 8:00 PM, not supposed to be a busy time. There about 6 people ahead of me. Only 1 girl working the counter. There were 3 girls working the to take out counter? The guy in front of me got a bowl. She was piling everything on his bowl and said I’ll just give you the rest of the veggies that are in here. (A lot) I was ordering 2 rice bowls, one chicken and one veggie. She said, we don’t have any more veggies. I said, how can you make a veggie bowl with no veggies? The line was back to the front door and it’s only 8:30. No veggie’s???So I had to come home and make my own onions and peppers. Done with that location!!!!
Never met such a disrespectful group of food service workers with total disregard for the customers. Poor efficiency and productivity seem to be the calling card for this place. Will not be returning to this location.
I love this location it gets really busy but it is so worth the wait! I was here yesterday around 6 pm and had the best customer service. So kind polite and the one gentleman was doing all jobs while I'm assuming training a young lady! Im going to find out his name and mention him on here he is always on the front line and always so kind! Definitely will be back!
If I didn’t like the food so much I would never come here again. Multiple occasions service was horrible. The people working always have an attitude always act like they can’t hear what you’re saying and never say thank you. The online service is horrendous, don’t ever think you will pick your food up during your time slot you will wait 20 minutes past your time slot to only get dirty looks while you stand waiting. My last trip today there were eight employees working on the online section. They were using the main line to fill these orders that belong to the online orders. (online orders have their own section to fill orders). Six out of eight employees had to be told by the manager to pay attention to the line that was no joke to the entrance door as we all stood watching The employees fill order after order after order. It’s not like they didn’t look at us multiple times in Selah line growing and growing and growing they just didn’t care. It’s like they just don’t care about the service nor their job. The employees will be the fall of this company if it ever happens. Do better chipotle. Geez
I remember my first experience going to Chipotle about 5 years ago, and the experiences my family and friends have had in the last month. Chipotle was once consistently good, with friendly employees. Chipotle-particularly this location, is now consistently filthy-the floors, the tables, the restrooms. And now the employees, with the exception of a few, always appear to have been drinking or using drugs.The last time I visited this location I absolutely and undoubtedly got food poisoning after eating my burrito.My friends who also frequently visit this location have had similar experiences of getting sick after eating there.I just feel like the overall quality of this location has taken a dive. I would rather pay a little more and go down the street to Old Mexico where the employees are nice and the food is consistently good.As a person who works in Human Resources and management, I think this restaurant could benefit from a visit from the corporate office and some employee training/drug testing.
Staff is very good with the customer, food is full of flavor. Only 4 stars I think they could do a lot more with their menu in describing different items and what can be ordered.
