Waited 40 Minutes In Line at Chipotle On McKnight Road Today , Got up to the front for them to be out of hard shells . There were 2 employees working the front line , 2 females (one white, one black) the white girl was doing all the work . The black young women chose to sit at the register THE ENTIRE TIME ! No help at all with the front line ! Too buisy looking cute to work. Didn’t even bother to put her hair up when handling food .I don’t know how many times I watched the young man go into the freezer and walk around in circles when the line was to the door .And I don’t know why you needed to people making the Uber eat food , when the front line had one person handling everyone’s food .There was no manager on the scene , I called to leave a complaint , no answer .Quality food service is a joke anymore and chipotle on McKnight is one of them !Me and another customer walked right out and told the customers coming in to not even bother spending they’re money ! And thank god they listened !Definitely lack of work ethic !You will never see me in there again that’s Forsure

I ordered 2 burrito bowls last night. One of them was semi correct and I don't know what they were attempting with the second one but it was not right at all and looked like they were trying to make soup instead of a bowl. This is the 3rd incorrect order from this location. I will be going elsewhere.

The food was so VERY tasty and delicious. So fresh too. Package was eco friendly but not great to eat from. The drink station was disgusting. So sticky lots of spilled juice and soft drinks not wiped or even acknowledged. Had to wash my hands from only touching the counter.Next time I will NOT GET BEVERAGE!!!

This is the second time I came to this chipotle The first time I order online and I got uncooked rice. Today I order online and I got missing order and also the order was totally wrong. I don’t know what the employee doing the job it’s easy just reading that Instruction and put what the customer want. Also they are very slow I supposed to pick up my order at 5:30 but I’ve been waiting in the restaurant for half an hour to pick it up. I understand if there’s there’s less employees in the restaurant but when I order online it told me I can’t pick up my order at 5:30 not at 6. I think this store is the worst in the area.

Fountain pop was flat and the ice machine didn't work.. you need a sign and let your customers know when they are paying.. because I would of never got a Fountain drink.. could of went a different direction..It's called customer service..

I understand there is a supply shortage and I understand employee frustration. You have several staff members working and others standing around. How can you serve burnt proteins, not have the appropriate toppings available and stay open to provide a less than ideal meal experience? You wait in line only to find these things out once you're waited on and ready to order. One of the 'standing around' employees could have greeted customers at the door and provided a supply shortage, then a decision could be made to stay or go...

This chipotle is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The foods below average, the staff is so rude, and they are never open when they say they are. I understand Covid Has a lot of people out of work in some days shortstaffeng is gonna happen But this is just disappointing this restaurant really needs to close.

The night crew need to be retrained, especially the shift supervisor. I ordered on the app and scheduled a pick up at 8:40 pm (01/22). Got there at 8:42, the doors were locked, but the staffs were cleaning tables and one boy was checking all the papers (I assumed he is the shift supervisor?). I walked around the building, knocked on the door/glass, but no one answered. That boy just looked at me through the glass, then ignored me and continued what he was doing??? I continued knocking on the glass for 5 minutes, then he came and signed me that they are closed. I show him my pick up order on my phone through the glass, and he still gave me a sign that they are closed. He cannot at least open the door to talk to the customer? After a few minutes, it was 9:05 - 9:10 pm, an employee opened the door since I was still waiting outside, then he told me, "the order system of this location is shut down at 7:30pm, so whatever you ordered is not from us".... The app still allow me to order and pick up at 8:40 pm, at this location, and on the business hour of this location is open until 10:00 pm on Saturday. It seems like, their system need to be updated, but it does NOT matter if there is any technical issues or not, you should NOT let a customer waiting outside, under this weather, for more than 15 minutes. You can just open the door, and explain the issue. I did not ask to dine in, I did show the order confirmation, and there were around 3-5 employees right inside the restaurant at that time. It was not only me got the order problem, it was at least 5 peoples got the same problem with me.

Got a salad with about 6 pieces of bad lettuce, a teaspoon of guac, & they don’t have fajitas peppers/onions.

Half our order was missing. As a vegan it is unpleasant to realize your sofritas burrito has some random chunks of chicken thrown in. Honestly, this was the worst meal of my life.
