Place the order online. When I went to go pick up my order they said there was no order placed for me even though I had confirmation on my phone. They've already taken the payment out so I never got my food. They asked me if I wanted to stand in a long line they would prepare my food which I had no time for. That's the reason why I placed it online to be ready.
This used to be my go-to Chipotle, but no more. Ordered pick-up, and the salads barely had anything in them. Maybe an ounce of lettuce and I don't think there were 8 bits of chicken in the whole salad. The picture is my salad. My spouse's was worse -- hardly any steak and we had paid $4.50 for double meat! All the Chipotle restaurants have gotten super sketchy, but this was absurd!
Don’t order take out from this location. They’re extremely careless and lazy with to go orders. This is how my tacos came. I only moved one to the right to show how the sour cream was just thrown on the container. Chicken, rice, lettuce and cheese are spilled all on the sides instead of in the tacos. This has happened several times with tacos to burrito bowls. Several times my order was thrown together, sloppy and poorly made. Doesn’t make it better that some of the staff here are rude and unprofessional. I’ll take the extra commute to the Centre Ave location going forward.
Food has been good just like any other chipotle but if you order through the app, whatever time it says, add 5-10 minutes. It’s always late because they are busy
I'd stay well away from this one, I was just there this morning, they don't listen to what you're telling them you want. The too worried about sitting there cursimg and speaking ebonics to each other.. I asked for just a little bit of several things in the dude piles it on and looks at me like he's lost in space. Didn't ask if you want drink or chips, didn't tell me my total. Absolutely pathetic customer service there's one closer to this one that's much better
My niece and I ordered specifically exactly what we wanted. When taking our order I wanted a burrito bowl!! They didn't know what a burrito bowl was. They had to look it up in the manual!! Honestly train your employees better!! They all were under 18 . My bowl could of set Los Angeles on fire!! Way too hot for any human being to eat. My bowl was sabotaged .I realize it sounds crazy, but honestly it could not be eaten by anyone else in the house. We love hot and spicy but this was beyond hot and spicy!! Don't recommend that particular location.
OKAY FOOD BUT POOR SERVICEWe have been to this location a few times and they are usually out of quite a few items. They also seem to somehow always mess up our orders. The staff don't seem to like their jobs very much and are often abrasive and short. Unfortunately because it's the only close location I will have to keep going.
I got a rice bowl with sofritas last night (2/15/2022) and got food poisoning. Luckily I stopped eating it after a couple bites because it tasted terrible. I didn’t eat the whole thing… can only imagine what would’ve happened if I made myself finish it.
This location used to be great. Now online orders are *consistently* wrong and late. We joke before placing the order on what will be wrong...it's that bad. Corn tortillas switched with flour, cheese on vegan orders without asking, oversalted to the point of throwing it out, constantly out of basics like chips or guac, etc... It's honestly the worst Chipotle in Pittsburgh. If you can, order from any other location.
Delivery orders out of this location are either incomplete or inaccurate every time we order. I'm really fed up with it. Would much rather pay the little bit extra$ for Roots
