Cilantro Lime Carne Asada was good value for your money, not the best steak you’ve ever had, but quite a good sauce.Like a lot of places these days, this location is understaffed, but the servers who are there are very friendly and pay careful attention to your orders. Definitely one of my families go to easy dinner spots that will please the whole family without blowing a home in the budget.
Delicious as always! North Hills.8pm Friday night dinner. Very busy but only waited for them to clean off tables to seat family ahead of us,then us. Ordered our appetizer as soon as drinks were placed. Random employees from kitchen bring out food to diners because waiters were taking orders. Which was fine. Manager stopping by too see how everything was going. It never fails always a full mouth of food as their waiting for there answer. My favorites are as follows chicken crisper, spicy chicken wing sauce sandwich with extra sauce, Explosion quesadilla salad, chips with large side of ranch, chicken nachos with no bean paste some places took this off menu but they will make if you ask., Mini mouth bites.
The place being a chain has a local cool vibe to it. We love the taste of the food and the deals cannot be beat. We get the $10.99 app, dinner and drink specials. Also the $5 monthly margherita specials are great. The staff are really friendly and very efficient. My wife has a gluten allergy and they always accomodate her needs. Good place for drinks, food and service without draining your bank account.
Okay, so where do I begin with chili's? The baby back ribs? The 3 for $10? The $5 drink of the month? Chili's is the perfect restaurant for us lower class folk to enjoy a nice meal without breaking into our savings. My only grief with them, is the servers. I understand being a server at chili's can't be the most rewarding job, but still, would it kill them to smile? Or jot smell like cigarettes? I love the food and the prices, just wish I felt like family when I came, because I spend about as much time at chili's as I do my own home.
Love Chili's! Attempted to eat here and guessing grossly understaffed. Waited about 7 -10 minutes for the hostess to come to front. Empty tables everywhere and said it would be 30+ minutes wait. Disappointing... We left along with many others and went elsewhere, unfortunately.
Very good food, good staff Thank you
Hostess was standing in the back of the bar when we entered. We walked up to the hostess station, and waited several minutes until she approached the station. Told us there would be a 20 minute wait, even though the restaurant was maybe 25% of capacity. She seated us after about 15 minutes. The booth that she seated us at had a large tear in the upholstered seat. There were plenty of unoccupied booths in the restaurant. The waiter came over a minute later and asked us what we wanted to drink. My guest asked how much a margarita cost, and he replied that he didn’t know. My guest asked him to find out. The quality of the food was okay, but not worth the price. When we finished, and paid our bill, we left without our waiter or the hostess saying thank you or saying goodbye. Restaurant was dirty. Will not go back!
Food was GREAT BUT SERVER WAS BETTER!!Torri was our waitress. Hands down was the best server we ever had. Not only was she friendly but on the ball. She was the only server and we figured it was going to be a little wait for everything but not with her she did amazing!
This place seems to be still struggling from the effects of the pandemic. Long wait times. Only half the dining area was open and patrons crammed into small area. No one dedicated to bussing tables leading to even longer wait times. Not sure table was even wiped down between customers. Didn't appear to be a dedicated bar tender. Wait staff was friendly enough but seemed overworked. The floors were extremely dirty and seats in dining room were ripped. No excuse for such poor physical conditions - manager needs to get out into the dining area more. Food was just so-so and not up to prior Chili's standards. One order was messed up. Portions are very small. Almost no lettuce with fajitas. Hair found on food. Don't like the pay-at-table thing. We've always enjoyed Chili's, but will skip this location until they get back on track. Lots of other dining options out there.
If 0 stars was an option thats what this review would be. We walked in with 4 adults and 2 children. Wee were seated within a few moments. The waitress came over and asked for our drink order after 10 or so minutes. They were not overly busy, but I was trying to be understanding. She took our drink order, came back after a few minutes to take our appetizer and meal order. So then we sat there and sat there and sat there. 20 minutes later still no drinks. All while she brought drinks to people sat after us, sides of Ketchup to the people behind us. As someone that used to be a hostess at Chili's in high school I can confirm things have gone way down hill. The kids were hungry and thirsty and after being ignored for a half hour it was time to leave. Do not waste your time at this terrible excuse for a restaurant.
